Ozzie's

Wow...where to start. First..I love this show more than I can describe. I fell in love with its dark humor and originality. But this episode was clearly a rush job. Its "plot" is a mish mash of the other episodes.

Even though in the last episode we saw Blitz have a breakthrough and he admitted he liked Stolas. But this episode messes that all up. Lets see.

It takes the Blitzo watching Millie and Moxy scene from the pilot and basically duplicates it. Then it duplicates the clown from episode 2. Then Verosica from episode 3. If the episode was just Moxy trying to sing his song it probably would have been better. But the song takes a back seat in this one. The music is not great, the writing is not great. And at the end of the episode Blitz is crying about his mom...where the hell did that come from?

I don't have many words for this, but helluva boss has now proven itself as a fantastic show, its potential fully realized. It has displayed its power to achieve fantastic highs with its characters and writing.

This episode is one that really proves the show isn't just about jokes or humor. Character building and drama are a part of the show as well. Hopefully part 2 is better than this one.
