A round of applause because this movie was authentic comedy at its 'bestest' 😂

The actors were effortlessly comic from start to finish. Splendid work done!

DELICIOUS

-The plot was pretty much straightforward: amateur robbers meet professional robbers.

What elevated the movie was the way it was presented. There are some stories that are divided into chapters, One Lagos Night was divided into quotes which contained pure, unadulterated dark jokes!

The dialogues will leave you pensive and make you learn a lot. The ending was well-thought out and original. Annnnnnd should we add that this film was overall clean, thank you!

-Many awkward and hilarious lines. Ikponmwosa Gold and Frank Donga are such natural actors

-The director knew exactly what he was doing and where he wanted to take us

-The film shed a good light on money laundering, graduates' challenge to find good jobs, in addition to the extent desperation can lead one to

BLAND

-A bit more aggression and tactics from the professional armed robbers would have helped. They seemed quite simple, not having a solid robbery plan.

This is the most hilarious movie I have come across this year. And it even uses something I have never seen in a movie before, the use of hilarious quotes. The acting, story, cinematography and directing are all on point. Super impressed.

For a large part of this movie, it seems like it is a low-budget comedy thriller. There are a few funny moments, and a few goof ups- random shadows appearing unchecked and all. But largely, there's nothing to get you out of your seat.

Timelines are horribly wrong, for example when there is a scene between 2 characters, and then the scene shifts to newer characters, in 10-15 mins when the scene cuts back to the earlier characters they're doing just what they were 10-15 mins ago. Decent acting, nothing special. Scenes are stretched out. Not worth 102 mins.

The plot makes for a good story. But the comic part is repetetive and unengaging.

The only funny part was the proverbs they show every so often. I won't watch this movie again. Ever!
