It's not surprising that like everything she/they do Mindy Kaling and Ike Barinholtz made such a nice show!

Great fun.

I recommend it for anyone wanting to watch something funny and light on Netflix.

Watch it! It's good! Great! Fun! Lovely! Entertaining! Woohoo.

Running point is a solid comedy with a bunch of likable characters that make this show worth watching. You don't have to be a sports fan to like this either, I am so the little basketball it does have is just a bonus for people like me. Kate Hudson is as great and beautiful as always and Scott MacArthur and Drew Tarber bring plenty of laughs. I think they wanted this to be the next Ted Lasso and it's not close to as good as that but if you're looking for a fun show that you can binge through and have some laughs then give Running Point a try.

This is a really enjoyable series, better than I expected. Living in the UK, basketball is not a major sport but it's the family dynamics and interplay between the characters that makes this so much fun. The way Isla as a woman has to deal with a very male environment in the team is an extra issue to make this even more interesting. It has its element of drama and intrigue but not so much that it spoils the subject comedy.

I recently watched Running Point and have to say it's a pretty good show. I'm a huge basketball fan but even if you're not you should enjoy this show because basketball is only a small part of it. Kate Hudson, who hasn't aged a day in the 20+ years, leads a stellar cast of Justin Theroux, Scott MacArthur, Drew Tarver, Brenda Song, Colin Hanks, etc. And they're all on top of their game here. This isn't going to be the best show you watch this year but it'll be one you'll be glad you watched. I'm already looking forward to next season.

Each family member has some quirk, illness, or just some personal issue going on in their life. According to the trivia, this ten episode show is loosely based on the actual owner of the los angeles lakers. Various creators, directors, writers. The story gets even more complicated when someone they didn't even know about pops us to claim part of the inheritance. It's surprisingly good. And pay attention... every now and then, there's a reference to films that kate's mom (goldie hawn) has made. Currently showing on netflix. It does wrap up pretty neatly in episode ten. But of course, they also left it open for more seasons.
