The Zookeeper

This episode was better. We finally have the forces inside the White House directly involved. Rose and Peter are connected but they really are targets. The director finally comes clean. Meanwhile those two killer are out there. The woman is getting spookier and spookier, not fitting in with her partner who is totally tunnel visioned when it comes to death. Something is going to come of this. This show reminds me a bit of "24" which had this real time thing going for it. One problem right now is that the villains aren't immediately exposed and we have to wait. I guess that's OK but I hope things don't get too obtuse.

Peter tries to get Rose to The White House, adamant that only the technology there will allow Rose access to her Aunt's laptop.

About the same as the previous episode, pretty good, lots of action, but not actually a great deal of variety, again it's just Peter and Rose, on the run, being hunted down by the two assailants. I quite enjoyed it, I wanted to love it, as I did the first episode.

One scene got me though, did the two trained killers not see that truck parked only just idd the road? Fine assassins those two are!

I am definitely interested in the dynamic between the two killers, did they imply that he was impotent, will that somehow have an importance to his actions?

Gabriel Basso still continues to impress, he was excellent here once again, and I'd argue that his acting and presence are somehow lifting the series a little.

I hope it picks up in the next episode.

Some great moments between Maddie and Co. Who are more involved in this episode then they previously were. Eric has his first mistake, and that also worries Chelsea and she decides weather or not he's capable. Eric has a great introduction to the siries where we see him face of a dealer I think, or a type of thug character and we see his side of the story. This sets up for the Finale later on.

It sets up the Finale well because it has Maddie and Chelsea with Eric's first appearance. And then it has Pete and Rose. And they all try and get some awnsers and this is set up in this episode until the Finale. So for that this episode does a decent job of introducing some more of the good guys and having the same amount of bad guys.

Pete also finds out about the Tattoo the guy had on his wrist, the same Tatoo that was their last year when the Metro bombing happened. That's the strangest part, it also sets up some mystery and there's some more creative aspects in this episode that makes it better. I love Rose and Petes confidence which has also gradually being built up and it's perfect to see here.

It's another good way of making the episode more eventful, not just because It has more going om, but because as I said it fits in with the other episodes later down the siries, or line as some people would use. Hopefully it's a good line. If it's a bad line then you might want to be careful. So, let's give a verdict of some sorts.

I'd give this an 8 Because the pacing was neat, the exploration of each character has been deep, and the clues have been mysterious which has made it interesting. And I am glad I have followed the conditions of use, maybe that deserves an 8 as well.
