The film tells the story of the fearless canadian farmer who didnÂ’t knuckle under to the billion dollar company. The Schmeisers are not just fighting against Monsanto Â– and with that, for the continuation of their livelihood as farmers Â– but also for the right to freedom of speech and the right to their property.

For fiction it is ok, but it implies it is the truth.

I found my understanding of the court proceedings and results were not portrayed accurately. The seed seeded was over 95% pure Monsanto licenced seed. He lost in a Supreme Court ruling. The movie is acted well, just not factual.
