For weeks and weeks I would get on my peacock app and see this advert. I skipped it time and time and TIME again. Then I got Covid. I watched everything funny on all the streaming services. It was a dark time and I needed some light. So one day I decide to watch this. Then every SINGLE week like clockwork I came back for the next episode. Of course I knew who Paris Hilton was, who doesn't. But I'd never given her a second thought, her and her life just didn't interest me. Well, she may be rich and beautiful but she's a whole person. A person with quirks and struggles and feelings. I am not embarrassed to say I really enjoyed this show! Finding out about her work with her bill and congress made me appreciate her even more. She's trying to make some changes and do some good. I found myself being so happy for these two, that they found each other and are seemingly very in love. They'll have ups and downs like every human in a relationship. I do hope they stay together and raise a family. I don't know, this just gave me some insight into who she is as a person and I didn't hate it! Maybe when she's pregnant they'll do another show because I can only imagine her goofy ass and how funny she'd be carrying 2 babies. Next though, I'm going to find her documentary. Anyway, I'd say if you're looking for something light and relatively entertaining, give this a shot. If you hate it, turn it off.
Season 2: had to remove a star. This season wasn't nearly as good to me.
People can say what they want about Paris Hilton she is hard-working, she's out there really trying to do real stuff! Now maybe not so much with the singing career but the bill that she's getting passed and her advocacy work, I believe is extremely important. Hopefully it will change children lives and abusive behavior will be stopped. Kathy Hilton on the other hand is an absolute child! She is so narcissistic it is painful to watch. We saw a lot of this in season one and let me tell you she makes it all about her in season two as well. All she needed to do was support Paris. Listen to her and grieve with her but she couldn't. She should be so embarrassed. Nicky is at least there for her sister, and as the middle girl of three girls I can tell you having sibling support is very important, having parental support is life-changing. Kathy is just unbelievably selfish and self centered. Right down to telling Paris her clothing choices are wrong. Telling her how awful of a kid she was and calling her an alien. It was weird. But when Kathy breaks down Paris listens and supports her. Also, I know this might sound mean but their child's head is flat in the back, from when a child lies around too much in a crib or bassinet, in the same position. I hope in the future Paris will slow down and just be a mom. Her life is exhausting! Lord knows they have enough money to just be home with their babies. People want to give Carter a hard time but from what I saw, he is always a huge support for her. He tries to guide her and talk her off the ledge without being condescending. He gives her the time she needs and seems to understand her. Hell the first time I had to wait an hour on her to pose in the mirror before leaving, I'd be gone haha. I guess only time will tell.

I couldn't watch for longer than five mins as her voice keep waving in and out of her normal voice and that stupid fake voice she puts on. Sounds like her voice was breaking half the time. To go from the documentary where she talked about the abuse she endured and she kept it real and with her real voice...to this. Just seemed so incredibly fake. You could have really had something here paris.
Much more "reality" than a lot of reality shows. Wasn't a huge fan of hers and really watched bc I like her mom but now I'm a fan! She's really honest about her struggles w the public eye and pressure of performing.
After I saw Paris's documentary last year, I was so shocked. To see someone be so vulnerable, have awareness, and be willing to share that with the world was awesome. I saw her differently after that and started listening to her podcast because I really admired her change and growth.
However, I'm only 25 minutes in to the first episode as I'm writing this. What I have learned: Carter is a complete narcissist and reminds me of the guys she's been with in the past. Paris still talks in that high-pitched voice but mixes it with her actual voice, so I'm not sure what's going on there because in her documentary she described the high-pitched voice as her fake voice. Her sister is also a narcissist and is continuously critical of her. I felt sad when Paris felt the need to give her sister a compliment to kind of calm her down.
I have this feeling that this is going to be a very short-lived show. I see Paris in five years coming out with another documentary talking about how much she regrets doing 'Paris in Love.' I hope she gets these toxic people out of her life and surrounds herself with people who genuinely love and respect her.

The show is surprisingly sweet and often entertaining. She is very honest and vulnerable about her life. The relationships with her siblings are extremely authentic. They seem to be the few people who actually listen to her & respect her feelings.
I was annoyed by the way Carter speaks to her at times though. He seems to really care about her but I hope he takes heed after seeing how it makes her feel.
Overall I think they truly love one another though.
