Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted

A tweak on the usual formula, as it involves 'celebrities', which gives it another angle of interest. I love the local history & seeing the fab buildings - not the new 1970s-esque boxes - but the older, unspoilt, places are so beautiful, the Pubs are heavenly & I feel envious watching them explore!) Some screeching & swearing but less so than other shows, I appreciate Ian Lawman's more calm, dignified approach. Barri wigs out but is endearing with it, & along with Jayne the 3 of them make a great team.

All these 'ghost-hunt' shows have pressure to fill a paid TV slot (tho' I often wish this show was longer) so there's embellishment that can feel forced, pre-scripted stories with convienient interpretations of electronic 'messages', & I'm not convinced the Mediums really have no earthly pre-knowledge of a location! - but under it all there's interesting truth, some genuine activity that makes you think; all in all it's enjoyable entertainment that delivers.

*Roman Catholicism is not the only Christian denomination that ordains Exorcists :)

I am a fan of the paranormal, have been for years, but this show has gone down hill fast, it now appears to be very suggestive and on searching about the property, they then tell the exorcist what the property was like in the past even telling him the details of the said property and its pass occupants and then pick one of the said occupants and that is it, that is the person or persons haunting the property.

Some of the so called celebs are even people i have never heard of in the UK.

On the basis of this show, it comes up as a fake paranormal show just to pay the rent for the cast, so sad to see this go down hill very fast, please no more clebe help my house?

Sorry, what the hell have I just watched, I would say comical but ... terrible 😂😂 ... some lady's possesed by a demon, it's taken from her and put into one of the guys filming the show, then after they exorcised him it went, lady comes home and all is well. Haha! They really honestly look like it's real but of course it is not the acting is worse than yvette... Oh Christ on a bike they just named the demon and its never allowed back in the house again! Sad :( Sat watching at my in-laws and I'm hoping they don't watch another ... oh damn we are! Time to sit and roll my eyes again for an hour lol. Send help please I can't cope ... yeah, if you want real paranormal I say try something else.

Honestly what is wrong with human beings? Why are we becoming more superstitious? There are so many things wrong with this absolute pile that I hardly know where to begin! Let's ignore the D list celebs who are desperate to get on TV or people who are related to D list celebs and concentrate on our Ghostbusters. One of them is "an ordained exorcist"!!!! Ordained by who? Given that the Catholic church is touchy on the subject who ordained this man? So much of this show is utter suggestion and pre-researched BS. Come on people lets stop being so gullible.

We got season 2 and 3 a good while back on #DISCOVERYPLUSUSA and I LOVE THIS SHOW!! They just now gave us season 1 in the States and I'm hoping for a season 4 soon! I love this rich history there and the places and lands are absolutely breathtaking! 🇬🇧🇺🇸 #HelpMyHouseIsHauntedSeason4.
