This episode has been emotional, funny, dramatic and overall a great watch. The acting is stellar as usual and the writing and direction is especially great from Levison who can be a little hit and miss at times but he nailed it with his ep. Easily one of if not the best of the series. And what's really good is that this genuinely has rewatchability because of the entertainment.
This show gets better every single episode. Everything this season has been masterfully produced, written, directed and performed. I would be genuinely surprised if season two goes home empty handed at the next Emmy awards. It's brilliant.
Masterpiece
Insanely creative way to learn about the characters of Lexi. The combination of theater and film was amazing. Everyone's performance insane Maud Apatow,Alexa Demie,Zendaya,Hunter Schafer,Barbie and everyone in the cast everyone is so good. Cinematography amazing as always. Clever storytelling and original storytelling. For me a masterpiece in tv.

Lexi's play had been teased since the very start of the season and had been building up to be a massive event. Going into the episode, I had high expectations and boy did Sam Levinson knock it out the park again.
The episode is essentially a much much better and more nuanced version of the little Episode 3 fourth-wall break bit at the start. It cuts back and forth between actual happenings and dramatic realizations of them in Lexi's play to effortlessly contrast the story.
Some plotlines gets intricately woven in and the narrative as a whole progresses forward despite the play being the sole focus of this episode. Sam managed to balance some light-hearted humor with dark and serious moments perfectly. The cinematography and music were amazing as always.
No spoilers but all I will say is that ending on *that* musical number was one of the best things this show has done. From the buildup till the payoff, I was hooked. While I don't think this is the best episode we've had so far, it certainly was a satisfying penultimate. Can't wait for the finale!

Very chaotic from beginning to end and its very fun!! This episode is one of the best of euphoria and showing the flashbacks was perfect.
The whole last 10 minutes were everything and just so so great and amazing.

- TriviaThe soundtrack played at the end of the episode is from the horror movie En el infierno caníbal (1980), composed by Riz Ortolani.
- ErroresIt would have been impossible for high school students to put on a theatre play with this level of complexity and depth since it would require a budget of several million dollars.
