The Thing in the Mines

Very good episode, interesting villain twist though some may not like it! I really love Super & Lois, Tyler Hoechlin has become one of my favorite Supermans ! I love this show !

We finally got a glimpse of what superman is dealing with, and it was not what I was expecting not even close, I don't wanna give any spoilers, let's just say I'm very excited to see where this goes, We also saw Kal El lose control a bunch of times in this episode, which just gave me chills. Yeah, this was definitely not my favorite episode, coz a few scenes annoyed me a bit but it's not bad either.

I loved, loved, loved the first season. Couldn't believe how good it was. But, I can already see signs of "CW creep" in this season. I'm a pretty liberal guy, but the "woke" dynamic is beginning to be a bit much. I can still appreciate the beautiful production design and cinematography, but the addition of Natalie (who in one episode seemed to change hairstyles for every scene) under the roof, and the "I kissed a girl and I liked it" storyline between Sarah and Jordan is really bad. And I think Tyler Hoechlin is a great Superman, but damn, please shave. I hate to see this show go the way of other CW shows, but I can see that slowly happening already.

I feel like Tyler Hoechlin has gotten better this season. Bitsie is still my favorite live action Lois Lane, and Jon and Jordan are good. I love John Henry Irons. And I dig the twist. I also like how they make the most out of their budget, with their CGI.

It's ok but too much side characters drama, too little Superman. The show isn't called Lana and her family, Sarah and her school friends, Smallville random people lives, the show is called Superman & Lois, we got 5 minutes of Superman and 40 about random things in Smallville....
