The Jackpot Hit

This film had teenagers looking like they never acted before try to rob a poker game. How old are they 12/13,, and they are smoking in the film. Where are their parents? One mob guy looked very pale like he was dead wearing the red maybe he should get a doctor check up for his health. The acting terrible, the music was the only good thing. I give it a 3/10. Maybe better casting next time and a better story.

I found the film, "The Jackpot Hit," to have enough substance to entertain it's guests for the short film of around 13 minutes. I liked how they played the characters to be dumb and new to heist robberies. They had an idea to hit up the poker game, but Jacolby calls out Billy's name during the game and does he pay for it. It packed a punch for the 13 minutes of run time. It's worth the watch.

Always been a huge fan of crime and drama films. Really enjoyed this one! Fits in to the classic crime and robbery style genre with an unexpected plot twist at the end. Wasn't expecting that! I hope they make a feature length version!

Honestly, not trying to be mean or critical, it is the worst movie I have ever seen. Anyone that gave this anything over a 1 obviously is part of the movie. It is so bad. I feel like my kids could honestly do a better job with their iPhones. The audio may be the worst part, but the acting is on another level bad. I feel like this was made to be a joke. Saw it on YouTube but what a waste of my time.

I must admit when this movie started, I thought I was going to see a good film with promising story but I found this to be a kind of a low budget rip off from the movie Blackjack (1978) - A gang of criminals set out to rob mafia controlled casinos in Las Vegas and kind of like Rob the Mob (2014).

The cast are OK but deserve better opportunities than this flick. To be Fair enough, the young Joey Ambrosini playing the lead role was noticeably sloppy in his delivery and believability on his character questionable.

I have seen Joey in other background films and he should stay in background work. I did not believe his character worked well in this flick with his delivery of lines and acting did not rub off like a crook at all. As a fellow actor in the industry, I believe he should invest in method acting to help bridge this void.

Overall this flick is terrible. This only success in reminding you how good mainstream films are. This is A mess from start to finish. To sum it up Bad, bad, bad!
