I did not notice any cavity wall ties in the gable end walls, are they not required in such walls ?

The walls were very tall and I could imagine seeing such a wall buckling under windy conditions, I realise the provision of ties will slow down their progress and hence affect their bonus scheme but gives a false indication to intending wall builders that such tall walls are legal.
