What happens when you ask five members of the Australian entertainment industry to solve a murder? You get hilarious results.

QUIZarenaLIVE host Richard Lovegrove leads Piotr Wasilewski, Steve Maresca, Robert Woods, and Rhiannon Elizabeth Irons down into the subway to solve the crime, which is in the form of an online escape room.

Code cracking skills were on full display, though slightly hindered by overthinking. Highly entertaining.

With all the fun of a regular night QUIZarenaLIVE without the trivia, Escaping Halloween is the perfect special event for the spooky season.

Solving a whodunit is no easy feat. But when there's a countdown clock you're racing against, the stakes are raised.

Fortunately for the QUIZarenaLIVE team, they had some bright sparks among them. Richard Lovegrove lead Piotr Wasilewski, Steve Maresca, Robert Woods, and Rhiannon Elizabeth Irons into the investigation taking place in the subway. From there, this team of Aussies put their brains to the test as they solve puzzles and clues before the time runs out.

One of my favorite lines from the whole show was Rhiannon claiming she was "blonde" and therefore of no help, only to promptly turn around and solve a mathematical equation with ease.

Twists and turns aplenty to keep even the most skeptical murder mystery lover on the edge of their seat.

Great fun for the whole family. Highly recommend watching this Halloween special.

When four past guests of QUIZarenaLIVE meet up with host Richard Lovegrove, hilarity is guaranteed.

With some heavy hitters of QUIZarenaLIVE Season One, Richard lead his guests to a crime scene in the subway for Virtual Escaping's Underground Murder.

Once there, the guests which included Piotr Wasilewski, Steve Maresca, Robert Woods, and the newly crowned Season One champion, Rhiannon Elizabeth Irons, were encouraged to study each room to solve clues in order to progress.

Watching them use open dialogue to figure out codes or express their frustrations about overthinking added a human aspect to the show and provided a lot of entertainment.

The team selected got along well and let's face it, the reason we tune in is to watch the banter between them. Despite Richard being host, Piotr took control of the group.

Each member of the group pulled their weight when it came to solving puzzles. The fact that this was live streamed also meant that people watching were also able to help.

For the first special event of QUIZarenaLIVE, this was enjoyable. Highly recommend watching it if you want to check out what a virtual escape room is like.

QUIZarenaLIVE unleashes its first ever special event on the unsuspecting patrons of YouTube with this Halloween special.

Participating in The Underground Murder from Virtual Escaping, Richard teamed up with Steve, Piotr, Robert, and Rhiannon to solve the clues and find out who committed the murder in the subway.

The highlight for me was watching them celebrate their wins only to be stumped by the next puzzle. The banter between the contestants is always hilarious.

Richard, as always, is the perfect host. Steve was hilarious. Piotr and Robert were switched on and were leading the charge with puzzles. Rhiannon played up the "dumb blonde" angle but proved to be anything but.

Definitely worth the watch. Can't wait to see what other special events they do.
