The Dust Pixies

The Dust Pixies is an underrated gem in the realm of independent animation and music. It has a good heart combined with creative character designs, fluid animation and indie rock music that oozes magic all over the place.

I found myself getting involved with Kyle and Lani's journey in making it in the music business; they play off each other really well. It was also clever setting them in an alien world, I think it works to show them as outsiders.

Furthermore, I found this to be a great source of inspiration when it comes to the indie rock soundtrack, really charming.

Really hope this series continues. Can't wait to see what other zany adventures Kyle and Lani get into!
