Bishop's Interview: An Alina Lopez Story

Porn star Alina Lopez adds Screenwriter to her resume with this Pure Taboo vignette, but it's awful. Running nearly an hour, it's a tedious one-note exercise in abuse.

Of course, Alina has written herself a dramatic role to play: a guilt-ridden religious teen who won't take the sacrament after having had sex with her boyfriend (violating church doctrine re: chastity). Her script does not specify Mormon, but key plot element has her applying to Brigham Young University, implying same.

Dick Chibbles is hard to watch (as usual) as a corrupt bishop who under pretense of discussing whether he will give Alina a letter of recommendation supporting her application to BYU takes advantage of her sexually. That's a total plot synopsis, and with zero twists, just gruelling "sit there and suffer" for the audience, it's not dramatic, just indulgent pornography.

Just as Chibbles goes through the motions of what he considers "acting", Alina whimpers and acts fragile until the endless XXX content takes over and turns the show into gonzo crap. Final shot drives the pretentious nail into this video's coffin.
