For me, ep 14 was a deal breaker as well as a heart breaker. However, I stayed with the series, and I'm okay with closure. It's just not the great series it set out to be, nor is the relationship between the main leads fully explored as it should have been. It had the potential to be one of the sweetest and most memorable in K-Drama. But the cast is terrific, director did his best with the script given, plot is complex and interesting, but the writer should stay focused better in the next script. I do recommend the series for SHJ's fine performance throughout multiple demands on her as an actor. She is wonderful.
Decent cast decent acting decent plot what else is there...love it actresses are great in roles too and play just right-shame its nearly over.but def one to keep on hard drive.
At first I thought that this was something different from her than the usual type of roles that she plays. I thought that she was going to be the aggressor from start to finish. By the 5th episode it becomes clear that she is the victim again. With the usual old guy as the villain. The only change that they made to make others think differently is that they added another victim and 2 assistant villains to the mix. I hate to say it but if Seo Hyun-jin keeps playing these type of victim roles she will be typecast for this type of thing her entire career. I would like to see her do something different like Park Shin Hye or Park Bo Young do. As for this movie you can pretty much tell how it's going to end so no surprise there. As for the other character who's real name in the series was Kim Dong Goo, the way he acted the characters name should have been Kim Dong on glue. That's way he really portrayed himself. Would I recommend this ? Only if you like watching Hyun Jin like I do. The 7 stars were all for her. Next time they should try to cast a younger villain or at least like in some of the action flicks I grew up watching a young guy in a wig pretending to be old and doing some martial arts.
Why Her is an intense melodrama full of well written twists and turns. Seo Hyun Jin is incredible in this, and her performance alone is worth a watch. Hwang In Yeop is wonderful as well, and the rest of the supporting cast are great, particularly Huh Joon Ho as the villain who was absolutely fantastic. The characters are all very well written and well rounded. The score creates the perfect atmosphere for a really entertaining watch that keeps you hooked from start to finish. I am not a fan of noona romances, but the leads had enough chemistry and the characters had a good enough connection that the relationship was believable.
The show is well worth a watch!

Another law mystery drama in this year's plate, Why Her started strong, thanks to an amazing performance by See Hyun Jin. The premise is simple, a goal of reaching to the top, due to unfair past behaviour by everyone.
In a world full of injustice, there seems to be no hope of going up against big corporations that can easily influence various institutions in society.
Although fictional, characters like Chairman Han, Assemblyman Lee, and Chairman Choi represent a portion of the powerful in today's society, who abuse the law for their personal gain.
But in the end, there is an end to their abuse of power that disgraces the justice system. The collapse of their empires is also caused by their own misdeeds, which have always been at risk to be exposed.
The pacing was well maintained, although it suddenly rushed in when the 14th episode aired, with multiple layers coming and ending within moments, without giving a proper enclosure. The finale was cliche and had nothing extraordinary, but what made me feel good about the finale is that justice prevails in the end, no matter what.
My Rating : 8/10.
