Trama

After Butcher misses his opportunity to kill Homelander by Soldier Boy, he attempts to get Ryan back on his side and correct his mistakes. Meanwhile, Homelander seeks out a new ally as he struggles to come to terms with his mortality.

Billy faces the consequences of his use of Compound V, and meets an old friend. Homelander tightens his grip on the Seven, and recruits a new Supe to help him with a new problem he faces. The Boys go on a mission with Mother's Milk in command.—Gislef

Billy Butcher, following the aftermath of Season 3 where he misses his chance to exact revenge against Homelander with Soldier Boy's help, now faces fatal consequences due to the excessive use of Temporary V that gave him not longer than 18 more months to live before dying. Butcher attempts to get Ryan back to his side so he doesn't end up turning into his father. Homelander gets tired of The Seven and loses his grip with them. Not long after, he recruits Sister Sage, a Supe that has smartness and knowledge unlike any other human being and Supe. This to have someone smarter than any members of The Seven help Homelander out with his plan.
