Tomo-chan is a Girl! Is a charming and funny anime that follows the everyday lives of Tomo and Jun as they navigate their feelings for each other. The show does a great job of balancing comedy and romance, and the characters are all likable and relatable. Tomo is a particularly well-developed character, and her journey of self-discovery is both heartwarming and hilarious.
The animation in Tomo-chan is is simple but effective, and the character designs are expressive and memorable. The show's soundtrack is also great, with a mix of upbeat pop songs and more mellow acoustic tracks.

I'm not gonna write a 3 page review, all I'm gonna say is that this show is so good!! The graphics were nice, it had a nice story, slow paced, a little rushed towards the ending but still well paces though, and it has a very nice ending. I love this show, one of the best in 2023 so far to be honest. I'm not gonna ensure you that everyone will love it, after all, "to each their own", everyone has different likes. But I will say, if you're looking for a well paced, funny, heart warming romantic series with likable characters, you SHOULD DEF TRY THIS ONE OUT!! It gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling watching the romance unfold between the characters and just makes you smile. I absolutely loved this show so much. Like I said before, to each their own, but if you like romance anime with a satisfying ending, try this one out.
NOTICE:: I'm adding this to my review after watching watching last ep:
This show was so damn good guys. The ending was perfect, it left you feeling so glad for the character. This is one of the best ROMANCE SHOWS I'VE EVER SEEN!!!! Give it a shot if you haven't watched it yet, you won't be disappointed, and if some people don't like it, somethings wrong with them. This show was so amazing, it was the highlight of my day. 10/10 top tier Romcom!!!!

Meh I really dig this anime like literally all things were like in shot, life boring when you try so hard to find meaning and acknowledgement only to have it thrown at your face like you're not worth it that's like the kill joy of everything, no one should feel like that but this is reality nothing goes as planned that why we fight for it in this case sometimes we need our friends to fight along side us that's when we're at our strongest than wen we're formidable the key thing I learnt here while watching was go for it even if it's your last breath of that wrong I stand to be characters cause the logic what's mine is mine and that's the stairs of tomo I like stories like this cause the other guy didn't get what he wanted.
I really, really, really enjoy this anime, is short and funny and absolutely cute!!
Is a friends lo lovers anime with a unique female protagonist, she's strong, funny, tomboy and so in love with his childhood best friend. Is a really beautiful journey of understanding about true friendship and love. Sometimes you have a friend and that's awesome, but sometimes in love you found both, a best friend and your true love. I really like that part of expression in this anime, that your partner is not only your love, is also your Friend! And than that is the true, and beautiful part of a relationship. Also I love the Tomboy representation in this anime, not all tomboys are the same!
In real life, on the inside we are fragil girls, and just want to be loved but we are what we are.

Do you know what it means to be "friend zoned"? Tomo was put in the friend zone after confessing to Junichirou Kubota, her crush. He sees her as a friend, but Tomo wants him to see her as a girl. To tell the truth, there's a pretty good explanation for that. For you see, Tomo represents the definition of a tomboy, yet she's a girl.
The anime's title literally means what it says. At least in a literal sense, Tomo Aizawa is a girl. She finds it distressing that Jun perceives her as a man at all times. The show, which is based on the 4-koma, mostly uses a romantic comedy storytelling style with lots of jokes and funny scenes. Considering how lightly the anime is handled, the fan service is something you shouldn't ignore. The main objective of the anime is to make Jun and the viewers understand that Tomo is a girl and not the tomboy that everyone thinks her to be.
Though I haven't worked on anime much, viewers shouldn't be too concerned with fan service, as I previously stated. I'm not too familiar with the author. Their real concern should be whether Tomo will ever move on from his friendship with Jun or remain in it indefinitely. With Tomo's naive confession, the play also taught me the importance of first impressions. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of romantic comedies in which it takes the whole season to determine whether or not a pair works out. Nevertheless, I overlooked this anime because it's the fundamental idea of the program, and each episode introduces fresh situations and character stories.
Although Lay-Duce's repertoire hasn't left a lasting mark on the public, I can state with certainty that this is their best to date. Vibrant colors and logical phrases are used in the creation of character designs. They frequently react in a cartoonish way when they're surprised or anxious. Tomo is the primary offender due of her infatuation with Jun. But Misuzu is someone we shouldn't ignore because she always has that sinister, wicked expression on her face. What's perhaps most noticeable, though, is how Tomo is dressed in each episode. I find it quite entertaining that the anime seems to be experimenting with how much of a girl she can appear like.
The kind of animation that its fan base has long desired to see is Tomo-chan Is A Girl!, and it has finally materialized. Not 'if, but when' was the pertinent question here. And the moment is here. We have a show here that has delighted viewers from the very beginning and has adhered faithfully to its plot for the whole run. Even though it didn't completely copy the original material, it used its magic to create a compelling plot and colorful array of characters. Indeed, Tomo-chan is a Girl! Is a show worth seeing. Indeed, Tomo is unquestionably a girl. All Jun has to do is accept it.
