I am a huge fan of the original masterpiece (Taiwanese) version of this remake and I have to say, if you watch this with the other one in mind you will be greatly disappointed.

But if you watch this with fresh eyes or you aren't interested in the original you will find this one entertaining and enjoyable and filled with lovely moments.

Best thing of this remake was hands down the female lead, Jeon Yeo, her capacity of transforming herself into the two personalities (Jun Hee & Min Ju ) was amazing, I was in awe every time I was watching her one or the other you could tell who was who immediately! Really good performance.

Not that impressed by the male lead, I watched him in a lot of dramas ( 17 going to 30 my fave so far) and he is a great actor, but I am not sure if this was how his characters were written, or because of the consequence of the time travel and the mix of the personalities, the two characters were so similarly played (Yeon Jun & Si Heon) I could barely tell them apart.

The romance of the drama is good and is a big focus of the series, I felt the chemistry between the leads and it was quite enjoyable for me to watch this remake with this actors as well.

Time travel arcs of the series, along with the crime, thriller and suspense ones , had some holes and some parts made no sense at all, so it gets to a point that you just keep watching and go with it. That was a bit frustrating.

Overall and I say it again, in my opinion you will only be able to enjoy this drama if you don't compare it to the original OR you haven't watched it yet.

So if you haven't, give it a go!

This is a romance movie with time-traveling subject. It was interesting all the way and I can watch without skipping an episode. The story puts together drama, romance, crime, and supernatural event into the right blend.

The most outstanding thing is the performance of the female lead who plays both personalities. She could really be a quiet and shy girl who almost has no self-esteem and feel suicidal, and play the cheerful and confident girl whose our male protagonist fall in love with. Her performance in this series deserve an award because she can really be two different girls completely. The other actors and actresses in the story look natural and smooth in their role.

Time-traveling in this story don't have any much reasons to support it. Why that tape bring them back? Why sometimes they play the tape and can't go back? Why the villain can go back so easily? However, there are aspects that I admire about the time-traveling and being inside another person body. If you're not the one taking control of the body, you are viewing life through another person's eyes from the cave inside your soul. This is interesting. I heard that in case of demonic possession, the spirit of the person being possessed is pushed to the back of his soul and isn't able to come out. And I also like the disappearance of everything once the tool for time-traveling is destroyed. It's like the whole timeline, the whole world that lives in one track of time totally disappeared.

There are moments when cinematography is so beautiful and there are times the music really brings a lot of emotion into the story. I also like the idea of two persons who will always love one another no matter what age difference they have to face or no matter what period of time they are in. I also like the matter of bullying, lack of confidence, depression and suicide presented in the last episode. It's really well-done.

Overall, this is one Korean series slightly above average. And you will be able to hum the beginning of that song "Tears" by Seo Ji Won once you get to the last episode because you will have heard it ten times or more. But it's a beautiful song, though.

As the title says - the drama itself is a solid and stand alone kdrama. It has all yhe elements of beautiful cinematography, EXCELLENT acting by the cast and especially by actress Jeon Yeobeen, who played the dual role of Junhee and Minju, perfect pacing, and OST.

It gave justice to the remake. I could not ask for more!

At times the time travelling becomes too redundant and you can't miss aa scene. But the love emotions and connection are perfectly captured in this series. Paul was so beautiful in this series with feelings of deep connections.

Superb acting by all the actors be it lead or supporting. Excellent story. Given the complex plotline, there was a big chance that the viewers might get confused and not be able to match their pace with the story. But the director has done a brilliant job with that. From the point the time travel starts till it ends, everything has been shown with utmost brilliancy. Also, even for brief but bringing out the BL storyline and that also with Rowoon was an excellent idea. I was literally jumping on my bed during that episode.

I will suggest this to the viewers who are big fans of "unconditional love" and "fight with the destiny" romance stories.

Note to the viewers who have a habit of forwarding episodes to complete the drama, please do not do that with this one. If you miss 2-3 min, you might miss on the storyline and can get confused.
