Denji is still obsessed with boobs, and he is still doubted by his colleague, Hayakawa. Hayakawa and Makima discuss his employment with the Public Safety Organisation, and Hayakawa mentions that Denji has said his only goal in life is to live comfortably, after having gone without for so long.
Hayakawa is wrong: Denji has a more pressing and immediate goal, and that is to "fondle some boobs". In the first episode he talked about how he could never get a girlfriend because he could never bring her back to his shack.
Denji doesn't think he can get along with his partner, ex-devil "fiend" Power, because she hates humans. However they strike a deal when she tells him she has lost her cat, Meowy - if he finds the cat, he can touch her boobs.
Unfortunately for them, but fortunately for us, there's a giant monster bat standing in the way, and it looks like a job for Chainsaw Man.
"Chainsaw Man" is already shaping up to be one of my favourite animes. I hope it continues in this way. I love its deliberately off-kilter, punk-like bizarreness, and the way it seems to celebrate strangeness. I like its humour, and love its animation.

Chainsaw Man Episode 3 is a poignant homage to its source material, capturing the essence of the manga with a solemn respect. The English voice performances breathe life into the characters, mirroring the emotional depth of the original work. The power subplot, notably featuring Meowy, unfolds with a careful adherence to the manga's intricate narrative.
The outro deserves special mention; its animation is a visual masterpiece that resonates with the somber tone of the series. Accompanied by a hauntingly beautiful song, the outro not only serves as a moment of reflection but also showcases the meticulous attention to detail in bringing Chainsaw Man to life on the screen. This episode, in its entirety, stands as a testament to the show's commitment to preserving the spirit and quality of the source material.

This episode can be devided in to two halfs WHERE the first is good and the second is great and the final 5 minuttes.. INCREDIBLE!
The fight in this episode is deffinetely the high-light! It was visually stunning and very exciting! The animators at Mappa are really doing everything to make this show look like a movie! If i was watching these episodes in one go it would feel like watching a movie! Same level of quality as JJK 0!
I really connect with the characters despite it only being episode 3! I guess the goals of the characters are "simple but relatable"
The ending might be my favorite so far as it PERFECTLY captures the vibe of the show!
