Now this was a good episode! Things come to head with the King of Spades sub-plot as Arisu and his companions finally join forces to tackle him. The running time is shorter here, which can only be a good thing, and the whole thing is centred around bloodthirsty and violent action. There are shocks and surprises throughout as the screenwriters act in increasingly merciless ways, and I can't help but wish the rest of the episodes had shown this level of all-out entertainment. My only complaint is that the fate of many characters is left hanging in the balance, and given that some are my favourites, I'm not very happy about it.
The fighting scene was to bad, I thought I was watching a Bollywood movie. I got really angry while watching this episode, because the whole plot was destroyed in a really bad unrealistic battle scene. Last time I felt so angry while watching a series was the ending of got. I dint get why 6 people with weapons couldn't take down this one soldier? And the soldier dieded like 3 times and still survived. All the great character didn't deserve to die in such a cheap way. Until this point it was more less a good entertaining series. But this fighting scene at the end was just unnecessary. It felt like the were over budget and had to end the series quickly....
I read the other reviews for this episode and most of them seem to hate it based on the fact that it was insanely unrealistic with how these things were happening miraculously.
This episode plays out like it was rushing to get to the end. The King of Spades was a character I just didn't like from the start. He felt more like an obstacle rather than an actual person. I was holding my thoughts on him to see where he would end up and to my conclusion, he doesn't quite hold up to be that good of a character. He does get a small scene when he is confronted in the end but that's about it.
This was quite an odd episode because I could tell that it was closing in on the end but I feel as though the creators needed to go big here because the past few episodes felt calm in comparison to this.
I'm not complaining with how this episode turned out but it's obviously worth noting how silly it got at times. That would be hard to ignore for sure but I would say just don't delve too deep into it because it's just a small mistake in the grand scheme of things.

Is the King of Spades a superhero and we do not know what this enormous power is? All of these were defeated. It is not normal. It made them appear ridiculous. Considering the psychological dimensions of Agoni's character, I feel sorry for him a lot, but the fact that Ann dies is the most hated thing in the episode."If we are destined to meet again, let's be friends"The next episode will reveal many secrets to us. What is this wedding? Why all this? Is that girl the head of the game?. The saddest word I've seen since the beginning of the series. An episode full of losses, but Usagi isn't supposed to die because she was only stabbed in the foot.
Episode 7 of Alice in Borderland Season 2 delivers intense action and high-stakes drama, but it pushes credibility to concerning limits. The majority of the runtime revolves around an extended battle sequence against the King of Spades - exciting, yet questionable in execution. The confrontation is engaging with Aguni and Heiya's calculated diversion, enabling a coordinated attack from the main characters. The narrative stretches believability by allowing characters to survive severe, multiple wounds with minimal explanation. This repeated use of "plot armor" dilutes the emotional impact and undermines genuine tension. Character decisions also present issues. Arisu's casual disregard for injured allies in favor of rescuing Usagi raises eyebrows and undercuts the authenticity of established relationships. The handling of Ann's death, in particular, feels anticlimactic and overshadowed amidst the exaggerated survivability of other characters. From a narrative standpoint, the episode accelerates momentum towards the finale, yet at the cost of emotional depth and realism. Its reliance on action-movie conventions might entertain, but it diminishes the nuanced storytelling evident in earlier episodes. Episode 7 is a gripping entry. It leaves much to be desired regarding emotional authenticity and coherent narrative choices. This could be acceptable for those prioritizing pure action spectacle, but viewers invested in believable stakes and meaningful character arcs may find themselves disappointed.
¿Sabías que…?
- ErroresWhen they are all trying to draw king of spades into the chemist and Usagi is on King of spades back she gets stabbed in her right leg . Later after hes dealt with , see is bleeding from the left leg then later again when walking with Arisu shes got her left leg bandaged.
