    I blame myself

If you are into high quality shows, and expect accurate depictions of what is being advertised, this is NOT for you. Also, if your interests include documentaries about criminal organizations and true crime events, you will be disappointed by this show.

After finding an article online about a "twitter beef" between Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter, and one of these guys from the "Laffing Devils MC", I got extremely excited! My bf and I had just finished watching all SOA episodes, and I was going through withdrawal. Naturally, when I read about some "hard ass" guy threatening to take Jax's white sneakers (which now sounds ridiculous), all I could do was run home to watch these true life MC guys. I blame myself. I work w gang members and other individuals in a forensic setting, and therefore have a pretty good understanding of how these types of organizations work. Why did I think a real MC club would allow cameras? WHY DID I DO THIS TO MYSELF?! I think the real heart breaker was that I didn't expect it. If you watch any other reality TV shows, you know what you're getting; nobody expects deep insight from the Kardashian's, or to learn social skills from the Jersey Shore people. Again, my fault.

I came to IMDb looking for reviews to make sure I wasn't crazy, and sure enough, the previous reviews do a great job explaining why it's so awful. In this show, you will find no-that-cool guys (although I agree with the guy who gave them 3 stars just for riding bikes), with terrible acting skills, and a horrifying script (because yes, it IS scripted). If you decide to watch, keep your expectations very, very low.

    Has to be a joke....

Watching the first Episode, I kept waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and proclaim the world just got punk'd for watching this show.

Brought to you by the production company of Eric Bischoff (Professional Wrestling) and Jason Hervey (Older brother on The Wonder years), it looks like someone decided to cash in on the popularity of FX's "Sons of Anarchy" by doing a reality show on a Motorcycle Club (MC).

The problem is that most legit MC's would never allow camera's to follow them around. What happens in the club, stays in the club. So after searching for a club willing to expose their life on television, the production company settled on the Laffing Devils MC, a fairly new club of only 5 years.

The first episode introduced a bunch of cliché'd bikers. Swarthy men with tattoo's that claim they don't fit in anywhere else in the world. It also shows their "old ladies", girlfriends and wives of the club members.

The show seems forced, as if the MC is desperately trying to prove they are just as mean as other "1%" MC's. But it's painfully obvious that nobody around them cares who they are.

I was reminded of Chickenhawk from Foghorn and Chickenhawk. A little bird proclaiming he's a big mean chickenhawk, when it's painfully obvious he's just a tiny nothing.

For a reality show to succeed, it must have people that behave to either extremes. Either completely hated or completely loved. The members of the Laffing Devils MC are simply bland and interchangeable.

    This show won't last.

    My opinion on the series.

I've read ALL these comments. And honestly the comments are more lame than the show.I watch T.V for Entertainment purposes. I'll say it again Entertainment purposes.Personally, I was entertained, and I don't give a damned what any of you people think about that.Apparently, 1.2 million other people were also Entertained as well. That's WHY the show received such high ratings. If they had another similar show on the air I'd watch that one as well, because I want to be Entertained. It doesn't matter how true to real life outlaw motorcyclists are compared to this show, who knows, maybe the real life guys would be Boring as hell. I enjoyed the show. However,it is true things like Mad Max being given directions to Sin Mobs clubhouse when we all know Snubz had already been their dozens of times Was lame.As well as many other little things like that were

laughable. However,it was something to keep the show going for the 1.2 million viewers who did seem to enjoy it.I'll say it again because we were Entertained! Kudos to the writers, producers, directors and yes even the actors who played their parts perfectly. They Entertained us! So to the creators and everyone who took part in making this reality show a hit,Thank you, you guys did a great job and deserve some praise instead of all this negative talk that you seem to be getting.Give us another one with The Sin Mob taking on another club. You'd get great reviews again I'm sure.Heck, give us anything where a couple of rival motorcycles clubs were trying to rid one of the other and I'd almost guarantee you,you would have another Hit Series!!.

    Embarrassing from episode one.

I give it a three points because if you ride anything, you're better than 99% of the haters who just flap their lips and talk trash, so they get three points on that alone. But that's it. The show made me embarrassed to watch. From the "old ladies" imagining themselves rubbing shoulders with Mafia Wives at some imaginary reality show dinner, to the guys themselves who, despite their dangerous looks, would be quite at comfortable walking through the mall buying school clothes for their daughters and shopping at Costco for bulk rate toilet paper. All the posturing and "keep it moving copper" talk is like high school boys who smoke cigarettes and imagine themselves dangerous. Any one of them act as if they could bounce me from here to Tijuana, but that's the thing...it's an act. Flying colors and getting 86'd. Oooo! We got some bad asses over here! Guys, ride home, fire up the BBQ and drink in the driveway while your kids ride bicycles up and down the cul de sac. The tough biker guy thing isn't working and you should be ashamed to sign onto that show. (ps_ I rode with some guys back in the 90's, called The Flying Squirrels. We weren't tough but then again, we never pretended to be.)

Sons of Anarchy meets a writer with no talent and no brain

First off I want to start out by saying that I am a big history buff who enjoys most programs that focus on crime or any other outlaw society. I therefore was shocked when I saw a piece of this show by accident on T.V. Out law biker gangs are ruthless criminals who do not play by the rules, who do not engage in a "normal" society, and who do not play nice with others. The men on this television series are nothing but a bunch of suburban sissy's who got together, bought little leather vests, put on some patches, tattooed some dumb ass coy fish on their arms, and want to play hells angel on the weekend. The number one rule of any "real" criminal organization is secrecy, because without it most members would be behind bars. This show just shows these bent men engaging in gossip behind closed doors about who should be the leader of their obviously fake biker gang. Every aspect of the show (as much as I saw) was obviously staged, a conclusion that I am positively sure about because if these D-bags were a real gang then it would take about 1 day for the hells angels, sons of silence, pagans, outlaws, or any other organization to wipe these people off television forever. Overall this shows brings me back to my overall opinion of current network television. The people who think of these shows on discovery, history channel, true TV, and spike are now unable to generate any original ideas of there own. The original purpose of these networks can be derived from their names. Instead of teaching, exploring, and entertaining citizens around the world, they have resulted to making spin offs of shitty reality t.v. shows because somehow there true passion for television has been lost. Overall, do not waste your time on this show, IT BLOWS!!!!
