I didn't know they still made B-movies.
The fights were horribly obviously fake. The main bad guy, among others, was not a believable personality. So many people who simply couldn't hit the side of a barn when they shot. Trying to be unnoticed while driving a porshe?
The support actor playing Bravo did good acting, but he only had a bit part.
They did a pretty good job with the car chase near the end. No idea why they suddenly stopped and ran to steal someone's boat to make it a boat chase. No idea where the 2 chasing boats came from either.
Most of the characters have a Hindi accent, but the film came from the United Kingdom, so it is all English, not mixed like an Indian movie usually is.
Watching once was too much.

Agents (2024) on Apple TV+ is a thrilling, action-packed spy drama that keeps you on the edge of your seat. With stellar performances and strong character development, the show offers a perfect balance of suspense and emotional depth. The action sequences are well-choreographed, and the storyline is full of unexpected twists. Visually stunning and emotionally resonant, Agents goes beyond the typical espionage genre to explore themes of loyalty and sacrifice. A must-watch for fans of smart, gripping thrillers, good for a chilled night watch. Enjoy it with everyone, no cringe scenes. A good movie, that's it and the locations are wonderful!
Needless to say that I had, of course, never heard about this 2024 action movie titled "Agents" from director Aditya Awandhe prior to stumbling upon it by random chance here in 2025. And with it being a movie that I hadn't already seen, of course I found the time to sit down and give it a fair chance.
The pacing of the narrative left much to be desired. It was a rather slow paced narrative, and there just simply wasn't enough of interesting stuff happening throughout the course of the movie as the narrative slowly moved ahead. I am a bit surprised that writers Kapil Bisht, Pranshuman Singh, Farheen Vencapah and Apoorva Verma collectively could manage to put so little contents into an 82 minute runtime.
The dialogue in the movie was pretty atrocious, and it felt like it was written by someone not even in High School. And the accents didn't really do much to promote any enjoyment in the dialogue.
Of course I was not familiar with the cast ensemble in the movie, which is actually something I do enjoy whenever I watch a movie. The acting performances in "Agents", however, weren't particularly great. Sure, I've seen worse, but the acting in "Agents" was by no means outstanding.
Watchable, if you have nothing else at hand, but otherwise you might give "Agents" a wide berth. Just take heed, the movie's cover over-sells the movie by a landslide.
I never knew that 'action' could be so slow paced and sleep-inducing.
My rating of director Aditya Awandhe's 2024 action movie "Agents" lands on a three out of ten stars.

Set in Mauritius, this is a really quite unimaginative action thriller that is largely ruined by some serious overacting by a baddie (who thinks he's Travis Fimmel) and by some fairly shameless heavy hints that their homeland is very much in the ambit of the Chinese. It's those latter folks that agree to exhibit a priceless jade on the island, and it's down to policeman "Shaw" (Nad Sham) to lead the team protecting it. It's here that the wheels start to come off the story. It's pitch black so they decide to take it through dense forest where, of course, they are ambushed and it gets pinched. Now disgraced, his boss is forced to allow "Yuan" (Naomi Willow) to help with the investigation to track it down. The remainder of this might have made for a passable detective yarn had it not been for the really bad acting, clunky writing and a tendency from the director to attempt to create pace and excitement by messing about with the speed of the film. The car chase looks like a commercial for Porsche and/or Mercedes Benz, the combat scenes are choreographed so as to make any decent attempt at continuity all but impossible - and that shows, and Willow's performance is just plain wooden. There's nothing remotely original to it and though only eighty minutes long, it proves to be a long struggle to understand why it's in a cinema at all. Some nice views of Mauritius but the rest of this is poor and derivative, sorry.
This film is a colossal disappointment, and the glowing reviews-anything above a 5-feel like pure fiction. The script is an absolute disaster: predictable, drowning in clichés, and devoid of a single original spark. The action? Bland, lifeless, and so uninspired it barely keeps you awake. As for the performances, they're wooden, unconvincing, and downright painful to endure.
The suspiciously high ratings here are impossible to ignore. It's hard not to wonder if they've been inflated-perhaps by overzealous producers-because this movie doesn't deserve the hype. Do yourself a favor: skip this dumpster fire and save your time and money.
