Death Stranding 2: On the Beach

I understand those who don't like this game. You can love it or hate it, but you can't deny the uniqueness of it.

I have been playing it since day one and I can't put it down. There is always something new that makes you want to keep playing. A new ability, a new weapon, a new character or a cutscene that will leave you mesmerised. It will bring the story forward by answering questions but also giving you new mysteries that you want to find out immediately.

The world is huge, versatile and looks gorgeous. Probably the most incredible looking game when it comes to graphical fidelity.

The music is going to touch your soul, and I have been listening to some the songs even when not playing the game.

I could go into so much more detail but I really don't want to waste your time. I don't know if you would like this one if you hated the first one. I liked the first one. I am in love with this one.

It's a masterpiece for those of us who are into this game. I hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I do. Real unique and unforgettable masterpiece that will stay with me for sure.

I played the first one 85 hours and this one for 100 hours and i have to say It was a huge game, evolved, super fun, inmersive, crazy, deep, beautiful, is just a FULL game. So much better than the first one (that already was great) really got me on my seat sticked, i took a week off work to play it and it was the best decision, if you want to play a game to make you feel a lot of feelings while you play you should play this, a very strong contender to Game of the year without doubt, the cast is amazing, the graphics are stunning and the battels challeging, and very flexible, this is totally a 10 of 10 for me.

Many things can be said about this game. Everything though, pales in comparison with the plot, and the ending especially. Many dozens of hours of two consecutive games, culminate in the most glorious, heartfelt and tear-jerking way imaginable. I have seen so many films, watched so many series, read so many books... And I could not see it coming. In one of the most creative universes and lore ever conceived, with exceptionally dark and sad themes, the plot of this game went above and beyond. It pushed past the tremendous achievements of the first game, and completed the journey in a manner so exceptional that I am nearly at loss for words of how magnificent it is. Though throughout he game, the epic and outlandish story elements shine, in the end, it is the very human touch that prevails. What this game managed to do in its last 15 minutes, I will carry with me for many years to come. 10/10.

Hideo Kojima has done it again. Death Stranding 2 is not just a sequel-it's a statement. A bold, introspective, and often hauntingly beautiful continuation of his vision. Kojima doesn't make games in the traditional sense; he crafts experiences that challenge the player emotionally, thematically, and philosophically. The love fans have for him stems from this very courage-to tell stories no one else dares, to push mechanics to their conceptual edge, and to trust that audiences will follow him into the unknown. DS2 expands on everything that made the original iconic: surreal landscapes, poignant solitude, and deeply human connections in an inhuman world. It's slow, strange, and utterly mesmerizing. Loving this game-and Kojima-is about embracing the weird, the profound, and the visionary in equal measure.

I was looking forward to this game as soon as it was announced since I loved the first one so much, still beautiful graphics and an amazing story that drive me crazy having to wait for answers haha. I hope there may be a 3rd one due to the ending especially because I have a few more questions that need to be answered!

I did not expect one of the twists and I had an inkling about another, loved the inclusion of the hot springs and transponders along with more vehicle customization (seriously sticky cannons are a godsend and I wish they were in the first one!) that dance though? I was laughing so hard because I was not expecting it!
