I have watched this till the end just because of the MALE LEAD . --FAN ZHIXIN--

YES HE CARRIED THE WHOLE DRAMA!!!!!!!

There were so many plotholes and the story didnt make any sense. I felt no emotions except the scenes when the FL and ML make love.

The co-actors were good but something felt off - like their eyes turned red like zombies when they cried ( when in real they didnt shed a tear even)

The chemistry between the FL and ML was great but something felt off about the FL and she was cringe and looked very old than him! (in real she is very old than him lol)

If you are looking to watch this drama out of curiosity go for it ..

Plot - 0/10.

Acting - 7/10 MALE LEAD - 100/10.

Did this script make any sense at all??? Not one bit.

Did I still get hooked and watched it until the end? Absolutely yes.

I mean, when i say this is more similar to a telenovela than anything I have watched from China before Im not lying.

Most ridiculous, nonsensical, absurd script and plot I have seen. The writers kept creating impossible and just impossible subplots.

And yet somehow you will keep watching.

Why? I think it comes to two things, the actual acting was good! So everything was somehow passable. And the second but not less important was the romance plot. The main couple has an electrifying chemistry and luckily there so many scenes together, so while you are watching them love each other you compliments forget about the dumb rest of the plots.

This is 100% a non quality guilty pleasure that you just watch when you have nothing else to watch but you will still enjoy it to pass time ( probably skipping loads of scenes too)

Really enjoyed this drama. It had plenty of plot twists that caught me off guard and interested in coming back for more. I had zero expectations coming into this one so I have no complaints over the script or any inconsistencies. I just took it as an enjoyable show.

Male lead definitely did a brilliant job in this show!! His contrast between hard/cold and warm/kind was believable for his back story, made it easier to buy into that. The tension between the leads also made it good to watch.

Extra shout out to the brotherly love in here. The male friendship trio brought some laughter and lightness when needed.
