Shin, abogado de divorcios

This series draws you in gently and just as gently holds you captive; you not only find yourself involved with the characters, you truly feel for them, relate to them. The humor is easy; the drama real, not forced or melodramatic. I especially enjoyed the scenes at Grandma's Noodles. It is a little like the neighborhood bar where "everyone knows your name."

As I do not read or speak Korean, I had to rely on the subtitles, but it did not detract from the visuals or the story.

After researching the actors I was surprised to find that the main actor, Cho Seung Woo really does play the piano, and he sings, too. I will be looking forward to more of his works.

The acting is this is fantastic. The most subtle of facial expressions and long takes on the faces of the actors to give you a chance to watch how they're feeling inside. Cho Seung-woo is great - just what his reviews say. His two best friends are caring under sometimes heavy teasing. The one really villainous character is actually shown with some dips. And the vision of Korean society, the differences in similarities from ours, I found absolutely fascinating. The Divorce situations or deeply moving. Wonderful - friendships, great music, and a fantastic sense of humor. I loved the main actors and even the secondary ones were good.

I am almost done watching the entire season and I'm just glad I gave it a shot. Without giving too much away the first main story we can all really relate too. A personal video leaking on the internet. However the consequences of that can literally break someone's life forever. That's where Attorney shin comes in try to save the day. The comedy in this show is off the charts too and the way it's really balanced from such a serious tone to full on comedy but it really works. It's also a show I made my parents watch because besides being a really good show. It doesn't have really explicit scenes that a person would not be comfortable watching with the family. So you want really intriguing real life story and some very funny comedy aswell, LOOK NO FURTHER!

This series will give you good vibes for sure. Its a courtroom drama but not so much drama with just the right comedy. Like the title says, its all about divorce cases. It has its usual korean cliches but quite bearable. What I liked the most is the friendship of these three middle-aged men. Attorney Shin is my absolute favorite uncle, in fact I would love them 3 to be my uncles. They're so cool when all together and even individually. I'm on episode 6 so I'm hoping it doesn't go downhill like a lot of kseries. Similar to Attorney Woo, this is quite entertaining and doesn't give you depressing vibes.

Its a very easy watch, quite relaxing yet also packs quite a few emotional punches.

The story develops naturally and holds few twists. It is more about the emotional connections people have and create, than a thrilling legal show.

The friendship of the three leads brings both the comic relief as well as the safety for emotional breakdown. Its rare to have such a believable, healthy friendship in a series and thus definitely worth watching for that alone.

The premise of the show would have easily allowed for 16 episodes or more. The fact they stayed within 12, makes for a tightly written, fillerfree experience. Definitely recommend this!
