I don't usually write reviews but this episode manages to gather such strong emotions. Sometimes no matter what you want in life there are forces stronger than you that ll take everything from you. This episode is beautiful. Great pacing and development. It's just too sad to see how some stories end. In just a few episodes we get to know Gardar story and we actually care what happens to him and his family.

The animation is amazing as well as the music. This one is a rollacoaster of emotions.

I'm interested to know where the story ll go from now. Too many decisions and consecuentes.

Great episode. One of the best this season.

Not many words can describe how amazing this episode, and the whole season actually. Gardar, a character who appeared just a few episodes ago, and his backstory with Arnheid and their son is amazing. Many people may think that this season has been boring in comparison with first season, but this episode and the one calles "Oath" shows what this series is about, its not only about the fights and war but the aftermath, a deeper travel through the feeling and believes of different characters and how they have challenged, won or lost against them.

This show is amazing and this episode is one of the best. I hope that even more people watch this masterpiece.

This season has been in a different level. Even though it started with a hype about thorfin but later half has changed the whole mood. I really wish I could see all the remaining episodes and seasons in one go. What a storytelling masterpiece this is!!

I have been getting tired of some of the anime's and I'm kind of new to this, but this has been a breath of fresh air. I hope this gets a much wider audience. This ought to be in top with many other main stream animes with more promotions. Hope they continue and start the next season soon. I don't write reviews but this episode really made to do this!!

This episode is really sad. The animation is good, with nice background music. A clap to The actors they showed the characters emotions very well.

The episode has some parts where there is action, but also some parts where things are quieter and you can feel the characters feelings better.

What is really touching is how much Gardar and Arnheid loved each other, even though went through a lot. They never gave up on each other, and you can see how much they care about each other.

This episode reminded us that love and hope can help us get through tough times, even when things are hard.

A 10 out of 10 episode!

I can't believe how incredible that episode was! It had everything I could have possibly wanted, from an intense fight to unexpected plot twists and emotional moments that really pulled at my heartstrings. Thorfin and Snake are both such powerful and intriguing characters, and seeing them go head-to-head in battle was a true spectacle. The way the episode ended was just perfect, leaving me feeling completely satisfied and eagerly anticipating the next one. Vinland Saga has truly exceeded all of my expectations and I'm in awe of how well-crafted and impactful it is. The last episode of the first season made it one of the most solid shows I've ever seen, now with this one.. It's definitely my favorite anime of all times.
