- Written and Directed by Sidhaant Sachdev, based in the heart of St. Vincent College, the Virgin Tree is home to a spirit who awakens every Valentine's Day in response to the longing for true love. This spirit is known to take souls away on Holika Dahan. From Valentine's Day to Holi - 27 days of love and horror begin when Shantanu's plea for true love awakens the spirit. Shantanu's heart is filled with joy because he now has someone who loves him. The spirit develops a very deep obsession with Shantanu.
The spirit haunts everyone who teases or disturbs her. She speaks-clearly stating what she wants and when. What begins as an eerie whisper of the unknown soon escalates into a terrifying reality for the students.
The college atmosphere starts to shift-whispers echo through empty corridors, doors creak open by themselves, and shadows move even in the absence of light. Strange incidents multiply. The Virgin Tree becomes a place of dread. Fear grips the campus like a tightening noose.
As word spreads. Students avoid walking alone, stay away from the tree, and even speaking about the spirit becomes taboo. The fear is no longer just about what is seen-but what is felt-a constant, invisible presence watching, waiting. Every laugh turns into a scream, every silence into tension.
The faculty and authorities are shaken, unable to explain the chaos unfolding around them. The invisible grip of terror spreads across the entire college, turning everyday life into a waking nightmare. No one knows who the spirit will target next-or why.
As the dread deepens and the boundary between the natural and supernatural blurs, the authorities call in 'GHOSTBUSTER' Baba to investigate. Baba, a veteran para-physicist, brings his lifetime of paranormal experience to confront the entity. But what he finds is unlike anything he's faced before. For the first time, he witnesses a phenomenon that challenges everything he thought he knew about the spirit realm.
