So great like invincible always is, a lot more growth for the returning characters and the plot was really intriguing. Sadly left on a cliffhanger though. But not at all disappointing
It was worth the wait but it didn't need it. I don't understand why they needed a 2nd break already I'm guessing Amazon had something to do with it to make people stay subscribed to their service for the 2 month wait. And on top of that there is only 3 more episodes to get. So hopefully season 3 won't be that long to release.
I am extremely excited for the last couple episodes and see where the plot will go on from here.

After all this time, we're finally back and Invincible is better than ever. If I had one complaint, it's that the cliffhanger at the end of episode 4 is pretty much completely disregarded and it's not addressed at all. I think the first half is really good, but around the middle of the episode the episode suddenly gets REALLY good. The action is as good as ever and the tension is high. The episode ends on another cliffhanger and I cannot wait for the next episode next week. Also, the Allan the Alien plotline is finally addressed. If I had one complaint, it would be that there's a little too many plotlines going on at once, but it's paced pretty well.
Invincible returns with an emotional, bloody and and action packed episode, displaying two sides of conflict with the guardians and more. This episode really touched me with some characters, one in particular was rex which can only hint to more of what's to develop for his character. This episode carried lots of tension between characters and fast pacing as we grip closer to the end of this brutal but beautiful story of the second season so far. It also added slight changes to the comics which I found very effective and appealing to the audience. The voice acting once again returns absolutely on par like first half of the season and to top it off with another thrilling cliffhanger and a surprising post credits scene. Invincible continues to shoe why it's one of the greatest superhero anime's at the moment.
Prolonged waits for cliffhanger resolutions can lead to frustration and negative reviews from viewers. When viewers are left hanging for months without resolution, the initial excitement and anticipation can turn into disappointment. The heightened expectations for a satisfying payoff become harder to meet the longer the wait. Additionally, prolonged delays disrupt the momentum and engagement of viewers, making it challenging for them to reconnect with the storyline. The erosion of narrative tension occurs as viewers speculate, theorize, and lose interest in unresolved plotlines. This diminishes the impact of the cliffhanger when the resolution finally arrives. The disruption of narrative flow further hampers the viewing experience, causing dissatisfaction and detachment. Negative viewer feedback and a tarnished reputation are inevitable consequences, potentially deterring new viewers from investing in a show known for leaving its audience hanging.

- TriviaIn Mark and William's dorm room, William has a circular poster above the foot of his bed which reads, "MAGNUM pi (the Greek letter)", and includes a photo of a bushy-haired, bushy-chested man in a Hawaiian shirt (it first appeared in This Missive, This Machination! (2023)). This is a nod to Tom Selleck and the specific look of his titular character on Magnum (1980). This episode was released on 3/14 (pi day).
