Meet the Belaskos/Cheat Code

Since the only review on these episodes seems to be one person giving them all 8 or 9 with no actual review, just a generic synopsis, here is a review.

The first story is actually really good. It isn't horror driven, but it is well acted with some genuinely great writing and acting. The overall story is fun with a few spooky shots and moments, but overall it is more of a romance/horror. It plays way down on the slapstick that ruins several segments. There really were only a few instances where comedy overtook the story. The ending was satisfying and worked very well. Overall, though not really horror at all, it's one of the best segments of the 4th season.

The second segment is very good as well. Though, it is pretty redundant of some other haunted or cursed games, it is well acted and interesting throughout. No real scares here either, but again, at least they don't try to replace it with obnoxious 'humor'. It's another one that is more drama and character driven, like the first segment, but it actually works quite well. And will remind any 80's or early 90's child of those old NES, Sega or Nintendo games that are almost impossible to beat and people, to this day are still trying to complete. Overall it is enjoyable. We don't get any gore or real scares, but it is an enjoyable segment with some heart.

Overall one of the more enjoyable episodes in season four despite the lack of horror.

Well Meet the Belaskos review is a love vampire story which reference to Salem Lot but Alex goes full Spawn and Shigaraki on their now vampire dad to avenge his girlfriend turned into dust a perfect 10/10 Well I have mixed feeling in the 2nd story Cheat code is an ok episode that is mix of Haunted hour Toy Train & Game Over for Mature viewers but the problems is the game Weird Wednesday like why did the game removed in the 1880s and why the cheat code as someone playing into a characters and die 5 times like you created the cheat code: The Creeper, a evil wizard cursed the game, What it a 8/10.
