Impressive end season finale with awesome tweaked end. Great past mid century comic very well played and executed with detailed adaptation to this century costumes.
This Argentinian comic was first written in 1957 !! What ? Yes. If you know an Argentinian please tell them to explain every thing or term you don't understand, it will add more environment or extra understanding of many things showing in camera or some slung word or phrase told by them. Every episode has the name of a song and as a negative story the writer and his family was kidnapped and disappeared by dictators government ruling Argentina in the 70's.

The acting is very good. Story/ plot is fenomenal. I think they revealed a bit too much of what's all about but still there is plenty of mystery elements in the story thus options to develop the storyline. Honestly I think the budget should be increased for the next season. Main actor is playing on world class level. Some of the supporting roles could be improved yet they have their charm in acting. So glad that Latin America show is so good- really refreshing to watch it. English dubbing has to be improd however as it is not delivering the same emotion as acting itself shows. Want to see season 2!
Outstanding series that takes its time to build to a finale that leaves you counting the months to season 2.
I have not red the comic book source but will be the next book on the shelf.
Ignore comments on slow pace. This is what the show is all about. Character are given time to develop and the mystery deepens rather than tries to resolve itself.
Intriguing, intelligent and brilliantly written script with superb performances. The plot takes its time but never does what you expect.
The production is high calibre and the sense of foreboding and dread is around every corner as the world expands from the confines of an apartment block to the edge of the city.
A must.

After five episodes of glacial pacing, you'd think the finale might toss us a revelation or, heaven forbid, some actual momentum. But no - the series limps to the finish line with all the energy of a sedated snail. Our ragtag band of survivors is now being trained by the Army to use shotguns to defend themselves and somehow this is framed as ominous.
Tano, ever the plot device, conveniently needs to head back to town to send a radio message. Meanwhile, another group decides to leave the barracks and hit the road, because nothing screams "solid plan" like taking a casual drive through a landscape carpeted in radioactive snow and teeming with killer insects. It's astonishing how often characters in this show decide that solo road trips are a great idea in the middle of an apocalypse. Are they suicidal, or just wildly optimistic?
Eventually, Juan and another poor soul make it to the mysterious stadium - the place Juan has been so desperately trying to reach for reasons that still feel murky at best. And what do they find? Yet another ambiguous horror lurking in the dark. Cue abrupt ending. No catharsis, no clarity, just the vague implication that the nightmare continues, possibly forever, or at least until season two.

The final episode of El Eternauta's first season leaves you hungry for what's coming, while skillfully building on the momentum of everything that came before. Rather than wrapping things up, this episode deepens the mystery and sets a clear path forward.
The action is intense, with epic scenes that connect meaningfully to key moments and themes from earlier in the season. These aren't just callbacks-they're emotional payoffs that show how carefully the story has been crafted. The world feels bigger, the stakes higher, and the sense of urgency more real than ever.
One of the most impressive achievements of this episode is how it gives each character their moment to shine. From the central figures to those in the background, everyone feels essential to the unfolding events. The show doesn't rely on a single hero-instead, it highlights the collective strength of people facing the unimaginable.
There are scenes here that might move you to tears.
This isn't the end. It's the beginning of something even greater..

- TriviaThe presence of a Peruvian Air Force bomber is a clear reference to the same support that this country gave to Argentina during the Malvinas' War, sending planes to attack British ships.
- ErroresGiven the timetable for the line, at the time of the EMP there were no less than four passenger convoys travelling from José Leon Suarez to Ministro Carranza. They are supposed to remain on the tracks, making it virtually impossible for the armored locomotive to travel.
