Abhishek has not gathered the respect he deserves. On a scale of 1 to 10, since his first movie, he was always an 8, 9, or 10.

Whether you see his character in Happy New Year, he is a versatile actor. How can an eight-year-old possibly deliver what he did? Wanted the movie to extend longer and not end.

True about family or friends. Agenda-driven. Even the Disease is handled so beautifully...Shine on the entire team. The direction and the dialogues are all on point.

Every character has done justice to their roles. I wish such movies were appreciated by the broader audience in theaters.

"Kalidhar Lapata" is a charming and heartwarming film driven by the unexpected bond between a man with memory loss (Abhishek Bachchan) and a spirited young orphan (Daivik Bhagela).

According to my view - "The film beautifully portrays the pure connection of finding one's purpose in life, and the characters are depicted so well. Every dialogue line feels incredibly realistic and relevant to the current situation of human beings, resonating deeply with our own experiences of seeking meaning and connection. This is a heartfelt and well-crafted film and Abhishek Bachchan delivers one of his most controlled and thoughtful performances. Some knockouts in a row for him now with Dasvi and I want to talk. He brings out the small details of his character with care, without ever going over the top.

But someone is better than him in this one, it is the child actor, who is excellent. His performance is natural and moving, and his scenes give the film a lot of emotional depth. The bond between his character and Abhishek's feels real and touching.

The supporting cast also does a terrific job, Zeeshan in his small parts turns his earnest best. The locations have been chosen very well and they add to the mood of the film without distracting from the story.

Most importantly, the story is strong. It is simple but emotional, and it has been told with honesty. Such a thoughtful and sincere piece of art which leaves a lasting impression.

This kind of movie need to appreciate story, script, background music acting scenes all are superbp. Abhishek bachchan is growing with each and every movie he is now choosing good script based movie. Character Ballu a child actor also did well his acting is also superb. These kind of movie should be released in cinema theatres wold wide. A hidden and surprised character kaalidhar's beloved nimrat kaur her scenes are short but impressive. Do not ignore junior bachachan now he is performing well. He is one of the best actor in the Bollywood. He is totally different actor. Just go and watch now it's OTT released movie.

A really nice effort from the whole team. Simple and effective performance from the main cast. But yet I feel there could have been much more in it to show the bonding between Ballu and KD. Some moments fell flat. Those fillers could have worked to make it more entertaining and would have maintained the flow of the story as well. Also I feel they should have showed more of Subodh's character to form a link with the audience as well. His character felt underutilised.

Overall, it's a movie worth watching with a very powerful message for those who live for others happiness and have burdened themselves with duty, that "you should live for yourself as well. Do want you want to do in life. Avoid procrastination".
