This episode was frustratingly slow, and it feels like the series is just spinning its wheels without moving forward. At this point in Season 3, I expected some substantial plot development or at least a few concrete answers to the many questions raised since the beginning. Instead, we're only getting more questions, adding to an already tangled storyline.
The suspense and mystery, which were initially captivating, now feel overplayed. Instead of building excitement, the endless ambiguity is starting to drag down the series. Key characters seem to be meandering, and plot points introduced with promise haven't been fleshed out. It's as though the writers are afraid to give us any real answers, stretching out the mystery without reward.
While I understand that mysteries take time to unfold, I also believe that pacing and payoff are crucial to keep viewers engaged. Sadly, this episode lacked both. The slow burn has officially started to feel like a drag. For a series that started with so much potential, I'm beginning to wonder if it has lost sight of where it's headed.

The latest season has been a frustrating disappointment, with each episode feeling like it's stuck in an endless loop of repetitive conversations and recycled plotlines. Instead of building momentum and diving into the story, it feels like they're deliberately stretching things out just to reach the next season. The result? A dull, sluggish pace that drags out every scene and kills any excitement that fans once had for the show.
What's especially frustrating is that there's so much potential here. The storyline has intriguing elements, and the world-building is solid, but they've chosen to pad out the episodes with filler instead of pushing the story forward. It feels like they're dangling answers just out of reach, hoping we'll keep watching on the chance that things might finally happen. But so far, it's been a repetitive cycle that leaves us more bored than invested.
Fans don't need all this extra fluff. What we need are answers that get to the core of the plot, twists that surprise us, and moments that make us excited to tune in each week. The show could be thrilling if it just focused on the main questions and mysteries instead of dragging everything out. We want that thrill, that sense of anticipation, where every episode feels like it could change everything. But instead, we're given the same rehashed content that adds nothing new.
With only three episodes left in the season, there's a glimmer of hope that the show will redeem itself by delivering some real plot developments. But at this point, it's hard to feel optimistic. After so much time spent stalling, it's tough to believe that they'll manage to wrap everything up in a satisfying way. Still, there's that small bit of hope that the writers will surprise us, that they'll give us the twists and reveals we've been waiting for. But until then, this season feels like a wasted opportunity-an experience that should have been thrilling but ended up being a test of patience.

They could have skipped airing this episode and the show would've still made perfect sense, like seriously: the only "important" thing that happend was at the very last 30 seconds.
I understand the purpose of the past two slow-episodes and I will continue to defend them. But this one was just not it. A lot of filler dialogue, random scenes that don't make any sense, too much Fatima screentime and the new cop is so cringe.
Also the time was moving SO SLOW, an entire episode passed and not even a single day in Fromville passed accordingly.
They better be holding a banger in the last 3 episodes for all of this waiting to be worth it.
DO BETTER WRITING TEAM.

I'm sorry but this show is endless meaningless plots and cliffhangers galore. We've yet to get really any answers in almost 3 seasons. I keep waiting week after week to really pay off. They hooked us in the first 2 episodes of the season as the previous 2 seasons did. These last 3 episodes have been really hard to get through. I get that time passes slowly as each episode is like a day in their lives but damn is it just drudging on. This episode had the boy who's seeing that woman that almost looks like the wife who got out of the place in the first episode. If you look at her she looks almost exactly like her ? Maybe she has some deeper meaning in all this that's going on. The boy that has been seeing her found that storm shelter and just maybe that will lead to something. The cop girl is actually asking questions but they all seem to have given up on theories and are not actively trying to figure out anything. Only the guy who loves all the puzzles and the guy who's been there since a kid are trying to solve puzzles. The rest just exist in the town and do nothing really. I hope this pays off somehow this season but I honestly don't see us getting much of an answer by the end of the season. I'm with the rest of the people. Frustrated and looking for answers somewhere. Enough with the constant cliffhangers although they have been very effective to keep us watching lol.
I have had enough with this show... Am I a bank of questions that every episode I have to come up with 20 more questions without getting any answer in return.
The Producers liked the hype, they are getting money out of it, they are getting their name up high for nothing.
Events are going slow motion and what we have to think about at episode 7 where we should be close to season finale or maybe the show finale is Julie's DMV and her getting stoned everyday.. Also Elgin seeing that dead woman and now they are in a cave together, How thoughful of him.
It's either Victor who is going to bring the answers from the toy and this is waste of time.

¿Sabías que…?
- ErroresWhen Elgin is opening the cellar doors, you can clearly see a line in the sky behind him from a plane. They are supposed to be stranded in an unknown place. No planes exist to fly over head here. Filming error.
