Premature Death

This episode was a perfect and emotional end to the story of Gojo's past as we see why the friendship between Gojo and Geto, crumbled!

In some way it was theit friendship itself that drove them apart, as Geto could not accept how strong Gojo got! Struggling to find a purpose of why he became a sourcerer, he establishes his ideology! The vibes are very much: "Wrong things for the right reasons" and it gave me a different perspective on Geto as a villain!

Animation and direction was perfect and I could not help myself shed a tear here and there! It was beatifull as it should be!

After this i can only imagine how hard Shibuya incident will hit!

So, the first part of the second season comes to an end here. "Gojo's past" exceeded my expectations. I will miss Haibara and Nanami, as well as the young Geto tho. Visually, the episode was absolutely perfect; there's nothing to criticize. It nicely portrays how the relationship between our strongest sorcerers slowly crumbles and how Gojo's advancement only pushes Geto further into despair and isolation (which we know how that ended). Yuki also makes a welcome return to the scene, yay. The brief glimpse of the present at the end of the episode provides a smooth transition between the two plotlines/arc and prepares us for the infamous Shibuya incident (which I am definitely not emotionally prepared for), that's coming in a month.

I love this anime .. the way to manipulate time and how in the first five episodes of the second season showed us the past and the events that preceded the first season imagine .. the dialogues, the method of narration and the depth of events in another episode .. I haven't seen any anime that does this thing before and brings me back from the second season before the first season, and he shows us how we got here .. There are many questions that were in my mind from the first season, and now I got the answer.. Madness and tyranny, and how in the beginning he was going to kill everyone in order to create a world without curses.. How he preferred himself and chose the path The other one is that he will even kill his family. Balanced events and wonderful time manipulation. We knew how Itadori and Nobara entered the academy, but we didn't know how Fushigoro entered. Now everything becomes clear, and after this episode, we continue the events of the first season. .. I just love this anime .
