It's hard to enjoy season 2 of this anime, especially after how good season 1 was. The change in animation studios is immediately noticeable, and unfortunately, it's not for the better. The visuals, which were such a key part of the anime's charm in the first season, now feel off. The art style is different, and the character designs look watered down compared to the original. Some of my favorite characters don't even feel the same anymore because the animation now lacks the subtle details that made them stand out. Their expressions, movements, and overall vibe seem depleted. It's frustrating because I was so invested in the way they were portrayed before. The shift in art style has made it hard to stay immersed in the world that season 1 built so beautifully. It's not just about the story anymore - the visual downgrade has taken away a big part of what made the anime special to me. Season 2 just doesn't have the same magic, and it's disappointing to see how much of that is tied to the change in studio.
