The Left Hand of God

I said it was going to be horrible and it's actually worse than horrible. I guess I didn't think it was going to get that bad. I think the writers were on drugs when they wrote this. Maybe LSD or some shrooms or something. I tuned in just to see how bad it would get and haven't seen something this bad in a very long time. Nothing makes sense because people can't be in a super position and observers don't change quantum states. Basic QM not even correct. The show writers just don't care, the director doesn't care, and the actors have no clue what there supposed to be doing or acting like. One of the worst abominations I've seen in the history of TV.

I'm loving the entire series so far. It can be challenging to follow, but a little effort pays off. I really wanted to write this review to ask what the end theme music is. It's a charming female duet and I love it. Despite my best efforts, I can't find any reference to it. I have tried to capture the lyrics here:

I'd love a full version of this. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to watching the next episode. Can we have more TV like this? Some proper 'thinking' stuff!

Ok, I get now why some people diss this show, it requires them to, God forbid, THINK! This is an awesome show, already shaping up to be among the top five in my entire 67 year old life, but then again, I am used to thinking, as a lifelong sci-fi fan, and to confront concepts which are not always easy to digest.

BUT.. people who write scathing reviews, commenting on the show's "lack of creativity," really need to take a serious course in writing. This show is brilliantly conceived and executed, and is going to be regarded as a classic in coming years. Let's just hope it doesn't overstay its welcome and drag on and on. Three seasons MAX!
