This show is an absolute gem. I love the script, the actors, everything is relatable, every character is someone you most probably know in real life. The main character is not meant to be liked - she has many flaws, but that's exactly the point. Her behavior, her contradictions, the way she interacts with people - it's raw, real, and sometimes painfully accurate. It doesn't try to sugarcoat anything or present idealized versions of people. It just shows them as they are.
The familiarity brought me very close to the Argentinian culture, and I love it. Even though I'm not from Argentina, there's something universally human in the way relationships are portrayed - the messy family dynamics, the social awkwardness, the emotional chaos. It felt like home.
The humor is subtle, dark at times, but never forced. The pacing is also great - not rushed, not dragged - just enough to let moments breathe. The side characters add so much texture to the story. They're not just background noise; they have their own depth and arcs, which makes the whole thing more immersive.
It's not often that a show makes me feel both seen and uncomfortable in the best way. That's rare. Fingers crossed for a third season!

I am also one of those who completed watching this two-season series in just two days. No surprise! The story and characters are fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed what I watched and laughed at many scenes. Although the character Vicky even managed to make me mad at times, I appreciate the way her journey is portrayed.
This is not just a comedy; it also makes you question yourself and your relationships. The series creates perfect moments where you start to feel like part of the story. All the performances in the series are excellent. The script and directing techniques are absolutely successful.
This isn't meant to be a critique, but the series does use some similar patterns to Sex and the City and The Golden Girls. While there aren't direct similarities, there are slight inspirations. However, one critique I have is the lack of diversity. In the series, you don't see any Black people; it's almost entirely a white-centric depiction, except for a few Chinese characters.
Buenos Aires is famous for its rich ethnography, but this was reflected in the TV series far less than I expected.

The author of this comedy series must have watched lots of romantic comedies, especially Sex and The City, Bridget Jones Diary, and many others because there is a bit of each one in it. Which is not bad at all, considering they are all good movies but...the stereotype this is based on is totally out of date, the main character is a selfish brat with no personality at all except for the anxiety of getting married, we know nothing about her, I mean who quits a career for a man these days? Are we nuts? The actresses however are phenomenal, Griselda Siciliani can do anything, best actress of her generation together with the rest of the cast even Esteban Lamothe who plays same role every time. Conclusion...Not worth watching, it is not even funny.
This series seems to show someone so self obsessed that you wonder if she will ever find love - and after splitting with a boyfriend after 10 years together and not getting the wedding ring she wanted, she kind of goes off the deep end.
But as the series goes on you get explanations about why she's the way she is and more than just the "top layer" of the person - and you can feel for the character (and her friends and family) more.
It's also not as predictable as you might think initially with other characters showing it's not just about her. The lead actress is great - showing inner softness under the slightly crazed shell - and she has a good supporting cast too.
This does seem be a "going concern" though - as it looks like it'll take more episodes to wrap things up in a bow (if that - or the second series - happens).
I'll be watching them if that happens.

I've never watched the Argentinian series... and I can say that I'm blown away.
I'm also not a big fan of comedies, but this one was perfect for me.
In the begginig she was so annoying, and that was point of the show, but from every episode she was more and more likeable. I had a really good laugh.
And really good thing is that I rethink about myself, and concluded that I and all women have it in us, a touch of envy. Sometimes we don't have a good day and everyone's life seems better than ours. But reality always surfaces, as it was shown in this show.
I am from Europe and I can say sadly that women here are still consider "failure" if they are 40 and without husband and kids, and that is sad.
I especially liked the character of the psychologist, if I go to therapy I would like her to be just like her!
10/10 from me and I am really suprised.
