Celebrity ustaz YUNUS ISMAIL returns to his home village to lie low after his tweet about polygamy goes viral in a bad way. The village's Penghulu, PAK SAAD, is found dead under mysterious circumstances. Yunus's need to discover the truth is intensified by the fact that the last person to see Pak Saad alive was his father, Ismail.

Newly-elected Penghulu Kak Lehah secretly turns the wakaf property left to the village AJK into a faux haunted house experience. When the house shows signs of having a real spirit residing within, the panicked AJK asks Yunus to perform a rukiah (exorcism).

A series of disappearing red objects including 100 ringgit from Gerai Z convinces the villagers there must be toyol prowling the village. Struggling to get along with his cantankerous father and still unsure how to resolve the social media debacle associated with his tweet, Yunus is eager for any excuse to get out of the house, including toyol hunting.

A desperate businessman from the neighboring village seeks out Yunus for his help on a case of hysteria after learning about Yunus' exploits in a TikTok clip with the hashtag ImamPI. Meanwhile, Zakaria is plagued by nightmares of his dead father: is there more than meets the eye to these dreams?

A local widow, Janda Rosmah, becomes focus of the village grapevine when several of the village's men report losing money after coming into contact with her. Since no one can remember why or how they gave her the money, everyone is convinced that Janda Rosmah is using pukau on the menfolk. Pressure mounts on Solehah to help get the men's money back. Fortunately for Solehah, Yunus is all too happy to step in. Being Imam PI is a welcome distraction from facing up to his manager, Fazwan, who has turned up in the village to try to convince Yunus to end his social media exile and go back to his old life as a soc-med religious influencer.

When a mission to capture a local chicken thief yields a shaky 'Blair Witch' like video of what seems like a Harimau Jadian (weretiger), Yunus is called into verify the claim. His investigations lead him to a mother and son living on the fringe of the village who appear to have fallen between the cracks when it comes to aid from the local mosque. Yunus takes it upon himself to look into the duo, convinced that the stolen chickens are likely caused by the desperate hunger of a teenage boy rather than any kind of cat-like supernatural creature. Hearing about the Harimau Jadian, Abang Long yet again decides to use this opportunity to ingratiate himself further with Zakaria, who has become his patron-in-chief. Abang Long proposes using his Bomoh skills to seru (summon) the Harimau Jadian to the village. His plan? To scare the villagers whose land Zakaria covets, thereby allowing Zakaria to convince them to sell up.

When the village TikToker, Kak Maryam, puts up a video of an apparent pontianak sighting on a dark road in Kampung Sungai Gelik Kiri, the village totters perilously on being labelled 'Kampung Paling Puaka di Kedah'. Solehah is determined to get to the bottom of the pontianak sighting and decides to embark on a pontianak hunt. Never one to let an opportunity go unexploited, Solehah turns her pontianak hunting expedition into an opportunity to match-make Yunus and Zuleikha by persuading the duo to take part in the stake out.

A dead body is found face down in the paddy fields, the face brutally mangled and seemingly without finger tips. This gruesome find triggers the villagers once more, reminding them that the culprit behind Pak Saad's murder remains at large. Yunus is drawn to the case but is cautioned by Ismail to stay out of the fray, especially as Yunus is on the verge of a new gig as the host of a supernatural investigative TV show. When the numerous tangkals (charms) on the body give rise to rumours that it could be the work of Abang Long, Yunus finds himself being sought out by the charlatan bomoh to save his hide. In the process of his investigation, Yunus discovers that Zakaria and Abang Long may have been behind a number of the previous ghostly sightings and supernatural occurrences in the village.

A series of mysterious occurrences in the village fuel speculation that Pak Saad's Hantu Raya is now a lost spirit roaming the village, trying to find an owner. The re-appearance of the Hantu Raya is most untimely as preparations for a grand Kampung Sungai Gelik Kiri Karnival weekend are in full swing. At this rate, all the tourists are going to be headed to Kampung Gelik Kanan's Pesta, which coincidentally is happening on the same weekend. With various traders already indicating that they are leery about participating in the Karnival given the supernatural rumours, Solehah tasks Yunus to debunk the existence of the Hantu Raya. There's no way that her maiden event is going to be derailed just because a few people have over-active imaginations.

With Yunus on the verge of discovering his true identity, Zakaria's twin brother, Lukman (who has been masquerading as Zakaria), decides to take matters into his own hands in order to secure Ismail's house and land. Convinced that Ismail will sell up if the house is no longer habitable, Lukman decides to burn down Ismail's house after Yunus and Ismail head out for evening prayers. But Lukman's plans are derailed when Yunus and Ismail return to the house just as Lukman sets the place on fire. Father and son narrowly escape the burning building, but not before Yunus has his suspicions confirmed: that Lukman has been pretending to be Zakaria. Yunus and Zuleikha are forced to break the news to Mona in order to confirm their other suspicion: that it was Zakaria and Lukman who killed Pak Saad.
