This episode once again showed us the power of friendship, the loyalty for beloved ones and also the importance of staying "humble and kind". Should we never trust a person who suddenly shows up in our live and hides behind the mask? It seems like yes, but it depends on the person. At the end, the selfishness and ego are the worst things to be attached to.
I loved everything about this episode, it made me laugh, it made me cry, be scared and shocked, and made me even reflect on a lot of things. Like why would a person "cheat" just to prove yourself is worth something yet you may not even belong here?!

When this season started, the first two episodes gave a different feel to what the whole season would be: a disaster. What draw me to watch Only Murders in the Building is the comedy and the suspense the series has shown in the past three seasons that, despite its highs and lows - and even then way above average -, were always present. However the nosedive this season took was unexpected, so unexpected that I even wonder if the first two episodes were really good, or if I was under the impression that Only Murders was releasing yet another good episode.
The season was mediocre, the whole Hollywood bit was uncalled for, the stars in Eugene Levy, Eva Longoria and Zach Galifianakis playing a "parody" of themselves as annoying A-listers wasn't appealing (even if that was the point, it got stalled too fast), the murderer was underwhelming and how the matters were solved were just as bad.
One of the few things this season did that are worth commending is the homage displayed for Sazz, the death of her character is one of the most impactful events in this series, the relationship she had with Charles was fully developed here and it is most likely to skyrocket her popularity as one of the favourite characters in the series.
In the end, this season disappoints those that expected the high-level of writing that previous seasons had shown as mediocrity took over whatever subpar writing those responsible thought would be a good idea for this season - which manage to be even worse than season 2 with Amy Schumer. Hopefully, season 5 will wash away those feelings and the writers learn from their mistakes done in this season.

Only Murders In The Building: Season Four on Hulu continues with the trio solving yet another murder in their building. This time Steve Martin's stunt double who is played by Jane Lynch is killed in Martin's apartment. The trio work together to try to solve the murder and in the meantime their podcast was written to be made into a movie. The producer of the film, Molly Shannon, hires an all star cast to portray the trio. Zach Galifianaskis, Eva Longoria, and Eugene Levy all play themselves as fictional characters and follow the trio to get into characters for the script. This season Meryl Streep reprises her role as Short's love interest who moved to Hollywood to take on bigger roles. Paul Rudd s back but not as his previous role but as a stunt double. There are much more guest stars from Ron Howard, John McEnroe, and Scott Bakula play themselves. We also learn that the shot that killed Sazz came from the west side of the building that is occupied by various occupants who are played by Richard Kind and Kumail Nanjiani. Amy Ryan breaks out of prison to hide out in Martin's apartment and we also learn Melissa McCarthy plays Martin's younger sister. There were just so many stars and by the we learn Tea Leoni will be joining the cast for the fifth season. Overall this season was a mismatch of sorts with a jumbled script but funny in it's own way.
"My Best Friend's Wedding" is the season finale of Only Murders in the Building, which ties up loose ends and sets up the next mystery. The episode delves into the killer's motivations, using piano to emphasize Marshall's declining mental state. The episode highlights the kind soul Sazz was, with Jane Lynch exuding warmth and heart even after the Project Ronkonkoma fiasco. Charles' love for Sazz and redemption fuels the former Brazzos, but when his courage begins to falter, Oliver rescues them in a touching and inspiring moment. Everyone has a role to play, even the West Tower residents. The second half follows the wedding between Oliver and Loretta, with tension based on the foreshadowing and knowing that each season finale ends with a dead body. The episode teases tragedy with well-timed suspenseful delays, but it's a lovely ceremony with Meryl Streep dressed up walking down the aisle. Another victim in the Arconia is revealed in a grisly scene, with a blood trail off to the side. Charles and Mabel receive a mysterious visit from a woman (Téa Leoni) who wants to hire their services, as her case has ties to the building. However, we will have to wait until season five. "My Best Friend's Wedding" ties the mystery up with a nice bow while giving us one last bittersweet moment to remember Sazz. It also sets the stage for the next case, which lacks buzz from previous seasons but is more violent and graphic. Only Murders in the Building is a captivating series that emphasizes the importance of friendships over sharp jesting. The show's warmth and appeal stem from unlikely people coming together to honor the deceased in the best way they can. The Season 4 finale stands out for its revelation of Marshall's jealousy of Sazz's script, which he stole and killed her upon discovering. The podcast trio celebrates Loretta and Oliver, but another visitor (guest starring Téa Leoni) kicks things back into motion. The episode highlights the characters' loyalty and the importance of showing up for one another, making the overarching theme uplifting and highlighting friendships. The Season 4 finale presents the possibility that Oliver might have to leave due to Loretta's need to go to New Zealand for the role. Despite their sadness, both Mabel and Charles support him. Oliver is sad because he wants to be near his love of his life and his best friends. Loretta, being the perfect unicorn, chooses to stay, stating that no part of their relationship has been conventional, so why should they start now? Instead, they will continue to adore each other and manage long distances because they are good at that. In summary, Only Murders in the Building is a captivating show that emphasizes the importance of friendships and the importance of relationships in the story.
This was a bad season with a convoluted setup and too many guest stars with no role of significance. But this episode brought back the fun and the building again into the series. It was a thoroughly entertaining episode which was primarily shot in Arconia. Though I still find the entire plot nonsensical with a screenplay which was zigzagging allover the place, this episode was right at heart. We see the trio solve the case with a very funny ledge sequence by Martin Short and Steve Martin. Meryl Streep is lovely as usual.
Sadly Selena Gomez is again delegated to a side show with no character development. Please please revive the artist in her and give her some story line than just stand around make sarcastic remarks. The artwork was the main attraction for me in watching the series from Season 1.
Overall a very enjoyable episode in a dismal series.

¿Sabías que…?
- TriviaThe opening credits have wedding flowers in the archway.
- ErroresWhen Loretta and Oliver depart as Loretta leaves for New Zealand, Oliver says to her: "you can't kiwi me away" and his lips don't match the sentence at all, and it is clear they changed the audio after they filmed him saying something else. An audio/visual mismatch can happen in movies, but this one was very clear and done badly.
