Pareidolia is more common than we think; many people suffer from this psychological phenomenon due to various factors. Here in this short film it is about the loss of a loved one, specifically his daughter.

Seeing faces of joy for a characteristic of a loved one is one of the most significant and unconditional symbols that can exist and I emphasize the memory and shared happy moments. That charisma, good vibes and enthusiasm impacts the lives of many.

As the title suggests, Pareidolia is a micro short film about a man waking up in the morning and getting ready for work while spotting meaningful patterns where they don't really exist-like seeing a smiling face in a fried egg, slippers, or a sink. While some people experience pareidolia regularly, most of us have probably encountered it at least a few times.

Since one minute isn't much time to tell a complex story, the film focuses on the man noticing these faces during his morning routine and then reveals a heartfelt, emotional reason behind it. It's essentially an ultra-short, feel-good movie.

In my opinion, Pareidolia is a great example of the power of micro storytelling, a truly challenging art form.
