Trama

A group of five young online TV crew members are given a task: they must travel to Kg Penunggu, a remote village in Kampar, Perak, to cover the marriage of a 60-year-old man to an elegant woman in her mid-20s. During their stay in the village, they encounter a variety of characters who share different elements of an eerie urban legend. It is believed that the village is haunted and was once a breeding ground for Chinese vampires. Although no current villagers have seen these vampires directly, many believe it has something to do with a cave at the far end of the village that was sealed over 60 years ago.

One of the TV crew members, Tharani, with the help of her former school flame, Sethu, enters the cave and accidentally unleashes a Chinese vampire that had been held captive for more than 60 years. Unaware of their actions, they bring back an ancient Chinese vase from the cave. That same night, the Chinese vampire escapes, creating chaos in the village. An old, eccentric lady in the village is frequently visited by the vampire. Gradually, the villagers catch glimpses of the vampire, filling them with fear.

Remarkably, no one is harmed or attacked by the vampire. It becomes clear that the vampire is trying to convey a message to the villagers, which the TV crew begins to decipher. However, the village leaders remain ignorant of their findings and decide to eliminate the vampire once and for all. Is it a friendly neighbor with a crucial warning, or a cunning, bloodthirsty assassin waiting for the right moment to strike?
