I suppose, good part of episode is helped to be more than a sort of another Seinfeld by the performance of Timothy Simons as Sasha. Because it is the episode about siblings and their relations, verdicts. And, sure, about Jewish family and the prejudices , closed circle, the authority of mother .

Nice romantic final and the flashes from so many other romances.

And, sure, good point, the dialogue, who seems part of familiar sitcoms.

I am far to become fan of series but it works decent , offering that feeling expected by large audience between familiar situations and some crumbs of dream - fantasies . So, not so bad.

The cultural clash and the realistic - ironic portrait of Jew family are the nice virtues of episode. And , sure, the performances of main actors.

Some romance, some comedy, some social picture , it works in decent way , provocator, sweet, pretty chaotic . The sin is mine , being, like many schizoid people not so social, the story seems not so easy to be consumed.

But the premise is clear - it is a Netflix series and this detail only matters . And the charm of Bell and Brody is just enough as a curtain covering the references to sex or curiosity about ex. In same measure like traditional Jew family with strong touch of matriarchat.
