Fortitude 9.8

Oh my god this episode was PEAK! Everything I have been wanting from this show is in full force in this episode and I could not be happier to see it unfold. I am incredibly pleased with where the story is heading and it's ten times better do to what I might consider some of the best animation I've seen from an anime of this year, truly something spectacular here and the part of the episode that I quoted in the beginning of this was so hype and I absolutely loved it. Kafka is looking to be one of the better protagonists in recent shonen and I can't wait to see what this mystery kaiju no.9 ends up doing in the story. Peak.

Best episode so far ! So many new things were revealed and a lot more still left to be revealed.

The pacing in this show has been so good. All the episodes go by very quickly. This episode felt like 5 minutes, which is a sign of a good anime in my opinion.

It has the goofy humor of One Punch Man which I love. And it has elements of Attack on Titan which you may notice. But they work so well !

The characters are very interesting and I'm really excited to find out more about them as we go on ! 12 episodes this season only ? Ahh, wish there were more.

I am still waiting to know the backstory of Kafka and Mina, I feel like a lot has happened between them that we don't know yet. Hope it will be shown to us, atleast in this season.

This show just continues to surprise me with its great pacing and how it continues to evolve in interesting ways!

This episode makes it clear just how powerfull Kafku is when he uses his Kaiju abilities! It also makes it clear to the viewer that this abilitie might be something he can control!

The action and animation was solid! I was really enjoying muself from beginning to end! There was a sense of urgency and tension throughout as Kafku tries to keep his powers a secret, while also desciding that he refuses to give up this time!

Overall the show and the characters continue to grow on me while also giving me a feeling that there is still so little we know!
