The over powered Curious but innocent nature of the character is refreshing.

The character builds at a fast pace and yet has not hit any walls.

His assist characters are funny and they bring a lighter nature to his single minded outlook.

From the very first episode, this anime had me hooked. The animation is vibrant and razor-sharp, especially during the high-speed, beautifully choreographed fight scenes. The world feels alive with magic and power, and visually, it's stunning.

But what truly sets this anime apart is its main character - Lloyd. He's not your typical overpowered protagonist. What makes him special is his pure, unshakable curiosity for magic. He doesn't care about enemies, status, or politics. For him, magic is life, and he'll chase mastery with relentless passion.

His hunger to learn, grow, and push past all limits is genuinely inspiring. Lloyd isn't satisfied with "good enough" - he's obsessed with perfection.

If you're into high-level magic, insane power scaling, and stories where a child casually outclasses gods - this is a must-watch. The combination of top-tier animation, clever world-building, and a refreshing lead character makes this anime stand out in its genre.

You will witness the depth of sorcery.

The animation is great.

It's smooth and doesn't cut corners like some others do. (i didn't notice this fighting smearing).

The fights are clear and well-animated, and the style is cool, kind of like "Spy x Family." There's at least one fight in every episode.

The sound design is solid.

The main character is easy to root for. He still got a grown-up side and doesn't get fooled easily, but he's still a kid and is there by adventorous and curious.

The gore is well done - it's the best I've seen in an isekai, except for "Drifters." It's not overused, but it's impactful when it is.

The magic system is interesting and looks like it'll get more complex (is spell combination based).

It's different from "Tensura," which is more about the use of "skills".

The main character isn't surrounded by a harem; people just find him cute.

There is maybe one potential love interest.

The show isn't trying too hard to be dark or edgy which is something you see often in some other isekais.

Endless episodes showcase Lloyd taking naps, brewing tea, or having inane conversations with his equally uninteresting attendants. The fantastical world-building becomes mere window dressing, a missed opportunity to explore a captivating magic system alongside a passionate protagonist. I've watched 12 episodes so far. At least 8 of these 12 episodes were unnecessary. There is no plot. I watched most of the anime at 2x speed without any expression on my face. The biggest reason why it is a waste of time is that there are very few funny events and romantic drama. Adding 2-3 jokes and funny events to the episodes does not make the anime good. Especially the presidential election events were very boring. I jumped and watched. Another bad aspect is that the side characters are very boring. The main character's character development was already weak but MC is overpowered and the side characters were also bad and overpowered, so I felt like I was watching an ordinary overpowered person's day. I hope season 2 gets canceled and we don't have to watch it. Probably a kid going to primary school is a much better anime story than this anime.

The characters are somewhat likeable except the hero the prince.

Alot of over powered character has a good background or build up story line but That cringe body language and costume overhaul and that 'the prince is about too pee most of the time or he is going to have a orgasm' is very boring and unsettling. Looks like the creators and animators doesn't know the difference between boy and girl or it's just doesn't have anything in between legs.

Voice is good at starting but the same personification of both boy girl voices will not get you far.

There is no character build up for that behaviour of a boy. And it's more like he doesn't realize that he is a boy or a girl. Which is un relatable.
