...Dawn? I'm not at all convinced he is out of the game....
Day? In the Foundation universe you do not go to Mycogen and expect no consequences.
Dusk? Well, he's gone proper bonkers hasn't he?
And Demerzel. My heaven's the writers spoiled us there. I've wondered what ever happened to Chetter. And old Dany boy.
So: where do we go from here? I reckon Dude's journey will be more significant for Demerzel than Foundation (although...well, you know. What's Preem up to?)
Dusk has three days to make an impact and a black hole weapon. Yikes.
But could Dawn be the wild card?
Foundation is in ruins, the musician has gone walkabout and the marvellous Bayta is out for the count. And I think we were sold a big fat fib.
Oh. What's that behind the curtain...?
And still the NTBers bang on about the books, with their complete inability to understand the word "adaptation" (especially if strong capable women of colour, get introduced - blimey, people, why do you think Asimov's last novels had strong female character?)
Please. Put us out of your misery and watch something you like. You're harshing Brother Dude's mellow more than Sunmaster-18.

No parents would try to kill their elder son just to keep the new born baby while they can give the baby away to have both live. Insane plot. The showrunner has to be a sociopath to think it would work.
Not to mention the rest of the plot since season 1 makes no sense. This is at best a 5 out of 10 rating show overall and the new season is horrible.

Once again this show delivers. If I'm being honest I wasn't sure about the Mallow story and the two influencers but I, as usual, should not have doubted the writers. Their interactions and character moments were the second best part of the episode. The clear best part was the Mule's backstory. It was so well acted, shot and written I cannot wait for the final three episodes. And once again: Apple Tv, please give this show the eight season it wants!
Visually stunning and full of intrigue, Foundation Season 3 delivers strong entertainment but it has very little to do with Asimov's original books. That's fine, as the series works as its own space opera. Still, the novels remain unmatched in their depth and brilliance. My advice enjoy Foundation for what it is: an enjoyable reinterpretation of a true masterpiece.
In short: Want entertainment and move on to another serie? Watch the series Want to be stunned for the rest of your life ? Read the da*n books.

I tend to go for surrealism and abstract stories, but this syrupy heavy-handed self-indulgent self-importance just shows the focus on the clone empire is a narrative dead-end the show runners are stuck in. All exposition but no actual narrative or coherent story, with dialogue and characters that are so heavy, dramatic and unnatural that demonstrates clearly the show isn't going anywhere but slowly circulating the drain of mysticism that they have tied themselves to and can't escape.
