Trama

Lilli visits her sister Valeria, surprised to learn she's engaged to a Frenchman, Manu. She spontaneously meets nightclub manager Tom, sparking an instant connection. A dark secret lurks behind the island's events.<

Nick and his wife Girasol are unscrupulous real estate developers on Mallorca (Majorca). They have trained handsome young men, including Manu and Tom, to scam women.

Lilli and Valeria are sisters who grew up on Mallorca. Their mother died when Lilli was 18 and Valeria was 10, leaving the girls a large amount of cash and an underdeveloped tract of land on the coast. Lilli became an auditor who works in Paris.

Nick and Girasol devise a complicated scheme to get Lilli and Valeria to sell the land to them at a price far below its value. The first part of the scheme is for Manu to become romantically involved with Valeria.

As the movie begins, Lilli returns to Mallorca to see Valeria. Lilli is surprised to learn that Valeria is engaged to Manu and plans to buy and operate a bed-and-breakfast on Mallorca rather than going to college. Valeria and Manu arrange for Lilli to stay at a beautiful house while in Mallorca.

Lilli, Valeria, and Manu go out to a nightclub. Lilli meets Tom, the club manager, and is attracted to him.

The following day, a water pipe breaks at the house where Lilli is staying. She walks to the only house nearby for help. She discovers that Tom coincidentally lives there. Tom helps Lilli turn off the water. Lilli showers at Tom's house and they have sex.

Valeria tells Lilli that she wants to sell their mother's estate. Nick tells them he has a client willing to pay 900,000 Euros. Tom tells Lilli he knows an appraiser. The appraiser tells Lilli that the estate is worth only 700,000 Euros and that the offer by Nick's client should be accepted.

Lilli, Valeria, and Manu happen to run into a Bea, an older woman who had an affair with Manu. Bea claims that Manu scammed her out of a large life insurance payout she had received when her husband died.

Lilli becomes suspicious. She eventually sneaks into a private party at Nick and Girasol's house and discovers that Tom and the appraiser are there. Lilli tries to convince Valeria that they are being scammed into selling at a price far below the actual market value.

Lilli and Valeria meet with Tom, Manu, and Girasol at their mother's estate. Lilli is threatened by Manu with a gun if she does not sign the sales agreement. Tom disarms Manu. Valeria runs away. Girasol pulls a gun from her purse. Lilli and Tom jump off a cliff into the ocean to get away from Girasol. As Lilli and Tom swim to shore, Tom tells Lilli that he decided to expose the fraudulent scheme. Police arrive to arrest Girasol and Manu. Nick is presumably arrested at a different location.

A year later, Lilli returns to Mallorca for another visit. Valeria has purchased and is operating a beautiful bed-and-breakfast. Presumably Lilli and Valeria have sold their mother's estate for a fair price. Tom is waiting for Lilli at the bed-and-breakfast to resume their relationship.
