This is by far one of the best and most accurate medical tv shows on the ER I have seen on tv , great acting , great storyline, well thought out , the patient cases are really realistic ,now that's what a typical ER looks like
For one the nurses are just soo on point , it's always the mix language gossiping for me ,the way they switch languages and talk about their colleagues is soo funny And who there is a lot of drama.in the doctors circle , this has been thrilling from episode one till now , moving with a great pace on each episode , so consistent with development of characters and even screen time for every major role
Really great show , I hope it doesn't go bad like others.

I wouldn't go to this ER for all the aspirin at Bayer!
These student doctors are the most dysfunctional people I have ever witnessed-and I went to law school!
They are neurotic. They are insecure. The waiting room is Felliniesque. The administrator (Michael Hyatt) is clueless, and the head doctor, Noah Wyle, (Dr Robby) is wrapped so tightly his head may pop off!
Now, that's not to say this isn't a fun watch with some excellent acting. Wyle is a standout. I particularly like Gerran Howell (Whitaker) who is Welsh, but you would never know it by his spot-on American heartland accent. Kudos also to Katherine LaNasa who runs a tight ship and keeps the crazies (doctors, not patients) organized!

What was that?? Judgemental much? Maybe it's because I've been a skater for about 30 years, but what exactly did he say or do that makes him a ''d-bag''? Nothing. Yet he's being portrayed as such by women throughout the episode. I truly love this show and the previous two episodes were brilliant, but this one is just unnecessary frolic and judgmental. Some of the men that make perfect sense get sidelined, and arrogant people get praised. Of course the arrogant trainee had to be proven right? Was it really necessary to get rid of a good character like that? Is that reason enough for this episode to score over a 9? This episode was the worst of what this show has to offer. PLEASE do not go the way of New Amsterdam! Keep it real, keep it medical.
This show is very fast paced and seems incredibly authentic. I enjoy the casting and they work well together. The Pitt keeps it honest to the city of Pittsburgh without being over the top. The episode tied to each hour of the day is ambitious for a hospital setting and it works, nothing seems rushed and storylines progress well.
Onto the bad. My biggest gripe is how serious the show is. I mean I realize hospitals are serious places, but this show needs to loosen up to hit the next level. Nothing corny like Scrubs, just loosen up a bit!
This show has the potential to be a gem for several years to come with the energy of early ER with Clooney and,...wait for it,.... Noah Wyle !! I'm in, but would ya loosen up already! Great episode here btw, awesome ending.

I really enjoy this show. It's so well acted. The actors really do such a great job of being in the moment and delivering so many complicated, technical lines.
My big complaint is that they show family in the room during some really serious procedures. There is no way they would permit that. I almost died in a motorcycle accident. My wife wasn't allowed in the room during my operation and got removed from my recovery room after only a few minutes.
This show has blood all over the place and the visitors just standing there. Bizarre.
That's another point. Doctors getting blood all over the place and near zero concern about contamination. They did mention it once, but still not believable.
