The dexterity in Malcom Banks' abliity to weave so much intensity into this project will take you on an emotional rollercoaster of feelings! The love of a father towards his son was so heartbreaking to watch. This storyline is so gripping and prevalent in our society. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOUR TISSUE!! This story will resonate with you long after you turn the TV off. It will will leave you spellbound in the intensity of what love will do to protect his own!

I would recommend this to many of those who have found themselves with their back to the wall, and the only way out may just be not in this life.

This film is so emotionally profound! The Journey the lead goes through is just heart wrenching. The direction and writing are fantastic and the performances are great. It's hard to find a film nowadays that has such a strong emotional core. Within the first 5 minutes I had tears running down my checks. I don't want to give a thing away but Malcolm Banks handled a very sensitive story with tremendous care. You feel the blood and sweat fight through with every image. I literally couldn't take my eyes off it. If you're ready for your heart to break and then find the strength to persevere, this is the movie for you. It's a definite recommend!

As someone that loves quality and substance when watching a film, this project checked both boxes!!! The storyline and execution of characters portrayed is top notch! I believe when we have our backs pushed against the wall, we all can relate to the response in this film. Many films are merely for entertainment purposes, while others have the propensity to cause you to pause and reflect on how you would respond to a situation if found yourself faced with the same emotional distress and circumstances. It's easy to say what you would do or wouldn't do when you have the luxury of an outside perspective. JOB WELL DONE!!!

They say we have freedom, but Freedom is only for certain people. And the type of Freedoms we need starts with, having the simple Freedoms... without fearing the worst.

This film is tough! It brings tears to my eyes because it's a shame a father has to go through this experience to feel some justice! I hope anyone reading this will enjoy it as much as I did.

I would like to add that part of this film needs to be highlighted and discussed in classrooms, homes, political arenas, community rooms and anywhere where a child may lose their at the hands of a cop.

Do yourself a favor and share 7vens Law. I really wish this film was produced and created when I was younger because it would have probably scared some people straight. Again, as a filmmaker myself, this a great film and showed find its way into the canon of films that speaks to a new generation of revolutionaries.
