Khemjira may not be creating as much buzz yet, but after just two episodes, it has already proven itself to be a gem worth watching. From the very beginning, I found myself hooked by the story. What stands out the most is the balance it strikes between mystery, horror, and romance - elements that often fall into clichés in Thai BL dramas. Here, however, the execution feels refreshing and well thought out.

This is my first time watching both main actors, and I must say they left a strong impression on me. Their performances feel natural and convincing, and the chemistry between them builds beautifully against the chilling backdrop of the story. Much credit goes to the strong writing and careful direction - the horror aspect is enhanced with well-done CG effects, which avoid the overly dramatic or "cringe" feel seen in some lower-quality productions. Instead, the show successfully creates an atmosphere that is eerie yet engaging, drawing viewers deeper into the mystery with each scene.

Another pleasant surprise is the second lead, Jet (Khem's friend). His acting adds depth to the narrative, and his screen presence reminds me of GMMTV's Mix, both in features and in the way he carries himself. I truly believe he deserves praise for bringing extra charm to the show.

What excites me even more is that Khemjira is based on a novel. After watching these episodes, I am genuinely curious to explore the source material - hopefully, an English translation will be available for international fans soon.

Khemjira deserves more recognition and a wider audience. It's rare to see a BL series that blends horror and romance so seamlessly. If the upcoming episodes maintain this quality, I'm confident it will become one of the standout Thai BL dramas of the year.

My first impression after the first minutes deffinitely was "hm, good quality effects and ghosts!". The second consideration is, that Keng, omg, that guy is so pertty! His face worths to watch the whole thing just by himself. Third, the story overall is pretty good, and suprisingly, the main antagonist's character is the most detailed. Side characters check. Even Peem is pretty well written. But what happen to the main character who even gave the name of the series? The moovie wana imply that he is scared for his life all the time, ok. But his character is one of the most badly written main characters ever.

He does barely have any personality trates on screen. He loves drawing and he is afraid for his life. Period. 80% of his time on screen is helplessly standing somewhere. He has to look scared all the f time, or shily smile. So much of his script is just helplessly reciting someone's name. He needs to be saved by everyone else, yet he is barely doing something. And this big emptyness was there in the 1st ep, but by time it just became more and more obvious. I kinda lost the sparkle in my eyes for it at ep 10. I will wach it for sure, cause prod quality is still shines through, it's not overall any bad, but it overshadows the perfection of it. I hope the least ep gives back my enthusiasm for this series!

Stop sleeping and come watch this!!! If I'm about to give a review, this notes wouldn't even probably enough to talk about this series. I can praise this all day💯

For international fans who didn't know the whole story yet and was confuse. Chill, we're still on the episode 1. Don't rush out the golden story and let it run for a few episodes before you even rate low. I'm telling you, this is the unique and most Thai soft power you can imagine in a series of them. They merit making every location they reach. These team has been through a lot. Give them a chance.

And yes, they didn't disappoint but DELIVERED! IT'S AN OVER ALL 10/10 and I'm sure it keeps even better. A thailand bl series but it's competing for international recognition y'all!!! So proud of the KHEMJIRA TEAMMMMMMM

I'm never the person who likes to write review cuz I feel done just by putting on stars... But for this series I FREAKING SEARCHED UP THE IMDB THING & EVEN WENT ALL THE WAY HERE JUST GIVE THIS SERIES THE BEST REVIEW.... It's just one ep in & I'm not kidding this is the best thing I would ever ask for???? I love BL genre also I love horror/mystery.... I've always been looking for such a series which radiates all three of these & this series just brought tht out like a mid-year suprise...... Being a Buddhist seeing all the chantings & the close to reality concepts the charector n roles... Everything is just so perfect.... I FELL IN LOVE WITH TEAM KHEMJIRA as rn I'm consuming everything they're giving out... So yea- I'M PITCHING WHOEVER IS READING THIS just go n WATCH THE SERIES... Cuz uh r missing out if uh haven't done tht yet.

Despite the fact that "Khemjira" has only just started airing, I already believe that this series will be a success! The actors are well-chosen and very similar to the characters in the novel. I also can't help but notice their visual appearance. The series is beautifully shot and features pleasant colors, as well as spine-chilling music. It immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of a Thai village and its traditions. I love how everything unfolds gradually, allowing my thoughts to coalesce into a cohesive narrative. I highly recommend watching this series.

To me the series, the acting is great, the series captured the heart of many, even those putting bad reviews got captured by it, I don't see anything bad about it, if you don't like the movie drop it and act your own and let see how good yours will be. The actors tried their best and did a great job.

The most anticipated BL series, fulfilled viewers expections in all aspects. All the episodes are exciting, engaging and full of drama. The best part of the series is its plot that is Excellent and Exceptional. The casting and acting of each member is outstanding. Thai BL made quite an impression on international viewers by producing such a master piece.

Wow, I don't even know how to begin, the cinematography, storyline, visuals are top notch, I actually thought it was going to be like other traditional Thai dramas but this is totally exciting and intriguing, I love id do much. Praise to the casts and actors they are so talented. I definitely recommend it to you all. Love it, keep up the good work.

I can proudly say that this show is a masterpiece, it is so well written and directed. Every episode has the ability to keep you on the edge of your seat and ,it is a masterful piece that is thrilling, exciting and scary. The horror elements blend well with the comedy , making the show a worthwhile watch. I am not one to watch Horror series but I can't get enough of this one,it's that good. Everyone should check it out and I'm sure that nobody will regret watching it.

People giving low ratings are either with no taste or those who are jealous 🤣🤣 This series is sooo amazing 😍 No doubt, about it. It really exceeded my expectations 💖 Bl fans should watch this amazing series and toxic non bl watchers , Stay Away, this is not for you. Get lost!

It's rare to have this kind of slow burn in the bl industry, and it is not boring at all

You can feel how beautiful their feelings are from nc scenes, everything is so perfect ^^ you don't feel like uh this scene was unnecessary they put it just to make the episode longer.

The series has it all. Excellent quality in every way and a wonderful cast. The series is totally worth it. A new story with new faces, and above all, they know how to act. I dare say it's in the top three of the best Thai series; or rather, it's the one that earns the number one spot.

Watch it, it's almost over. The characters from the past and present are very similar, which is another plus.

Good acting, chemistry and slot. I watched majority of thai series most of them are not good and just teenage loves ,in first episode they accidentally meet, hit and kissed like that. But in khemjira it is more matured romance. Keng and namping really good in there parts . First time in the series have good number of actors .. I really enjoyed the show.

This series is an absolute must-watch if you like BL. There isn't a single second or scene that feels unnecessary.

The chemistry between both the main couple and the secondary one is incredible, and you can feel the tension between them from the very first minute. Attention! It's a slow burn romance, so don't expect them to share their first kiss in the early episodes.

The NC (Not Censored) scenes are very characteristic of DOMUNDI, so if you're into short kisses and soft NC scenes, this is not the case. Even so, the framing, lighting, music, and acting are all handled in a very elegant way.

So if you're hesitating to watch it, give it a chance - it will end up drawing you in.

PS: The series is based on a novel that was a best seller in Thailand. It's short, very easy to read, and the show follows the book quite faithfully, except for a few details like the first kiss and the secondary couple's storyline - I suppose to make the series' plot more dynamic.
