This episode approaches pure perfection. In MHA, Endeavor was 2nd to none in terms of outstanding character writing, even if he never truly beat out All Might for number 1.
I've never seen a show handle how much a family can be broken by a fathers misguided intentions. It was conveyed in a show not tell' manner. For many of us who struggle with family issues, this was the perfect therapy from one of the best written characters - Endeavor.
His background and story was always for him, not built for the full sake of improving other characters. When the full family came togther, even though I knew it was coming, it still hit me so hard. I'll admit the man tears flowed down for a while. I even re-watched this 3 time in a day. It even made me want to reach out to my father, someone I struggle to talk with for most of my life.
I know MHA has a ton of haters and I don't particularly consider this series top tier. But, I always viewed Endeavor and the circumstances around him as some of the best character development and writing I've seen over showing how much pain families can feel when parents are drunk on goals to the point of hurting and neglecting their own family.
Bravo MHA, this episode was breath taking and inspiring. The animators did it Justice. My gosh, the facial expressions alone.... The background art, pacing, feeling of impending distater.. It was all there and done to perfection.
Bravo.

Due to the large amount of action they have to animate this season, I never expected a single episode to look THIS good.
Todoroki and Iida's scene animated by Yutaka Nakamura is one of the most impressive sequences of the whole series. Animating a whole city with rotation and fov change in 2D is INSANE. Nakamura truly is one of the greats.
Not only was the animation peak, but the plot, ost, voice acting, pacing and art direction all played a huge roll in making this episode one of the greatest in the series. The final scene made me bawl my eyes out, when I say this is one of the greatest episodes this anime has to offer, I mean it.

A beautiful episode with extraordinary animation throughout and wonderful storytelling. Seeing the return of one of the most beloved characters in the series, the family drama depicting each of the characters emotions. All of it was indeed epic!
This season has been so amazing and continuing the epicness of season 6, along with having a better director that has made this season consistently great in the art department. The animation popped off in this episode to give us one of the greatest cuts this season and the most consistent animation this season. My favorite episode of the season personally!

It's really one of the best anime episodes I've ever seen in my life. Everything was excellent, animation, drama, action
Dabi's story is very sad, I haven't cried like this for a long time on anime..
The story of the Todoroki family is one of the best things that happened in work, a tragic story is largely realistic, a story that expresses regret, recognition of your mistakes and how to correct them.
The end of the family was very beautiful, and also let's not forget the ALL MIGHT return to fight that he is without a power, but he did not give up (because of the words of Stain and Diku). It's really a wonderful thing for you to be influenced by the words of his student to be a hero again without quirk.

This episode was excellent in all aspects: voice acting, OST, animation, all of it was on another level in this episode.
A very emotional journey to reach what seems like the end of one of the best side plots in anime with the Todoroki family. All the voice actors involved brought out the feelings portrayed by each character and amplified the source material.
Every single scene looked wonderful this episode with amazing drawings and animation, the best in a season that has been great in these aspects in certain scenes but this episode raises the bar by having the whole episode be consistently fluid. One of the best episodes of the series!
