Family Murder

Even though this episode was the most anticipated of all after its cancellation in 2022 and its last scheduled to premiere in 2024 with a new version, it left me speechless after watching.

First, it was not fair what they did to Violy's parents. In the final episode of its predecessor series 'Violy Gets Grounded', Violy had a better moment with her real family after the two predators were executed, which ended up celebrating all of Los Angeles, but which ended up making Gustav indignant. His only intention was to hurt gays and trans people, especially to get revenge on Violy's parents for the harm they did to Emma and Ferdinand in 'Violy Moves Out'.

Second, the punishment towards Gustav was fair, even though he had a terrible past, it does not justify doing that to Violy's parents. He deserved to be locked up in jail.

This episode was good but too scary, I knew it would end badly.

This episode was considered by many to be one of the most unfair and impotent ever made on a Vyond video in years. Here is a review I made since the series was cancelled for a fair reason.

The previous episode was the one that made the series almost end from bad to worse, because Gustav resurrected Emma and Ferdinand from the dead, because he doesn't know the consequences that can happen next. I never liked how Gustav took the lives of Larry, Giselle and Marilyn with the help of Emma and Ferdinand just for a damn revenge that he had been keeping since the execution.

What left me most sad and helpless is how Violy suffered, after overcoming so much trauma caused by her false parents, it ended up disturbing her leaving another trauma caused by Gustav, Emma and Ferdinand.

Now I understand the anger of the users, why? It was a youtuber named Adam Hughes who made Gustav join Adamantiums, which caused anger in the series and made the drama reach an excessive level. Thanks to this episode, they made the series cancel after releasing six episodes.

The cancellation was almost comparable to a year ago in 2023 with the preschool animated television series Ridley Jones, where it was canceled for 'indoctrination', only because it featured a non-binary bison, which angered many parents. This fact caused the cancellation of the series.

I give it a star out of ten because of how disturbing it was. I never liked how Gustav murdered Violy's younger sister, Marilyn. I also didn't like how Emma and Ferdinand, after resurrecting her from the dead, murdered Violy's parents out of revenge for having framed them. I also loved how Gustav was locked up in jail after being in prison for 110 years. Even though he had a sad life because of his father's homophobia, that doesn't give him the right or an excuse to do that to Violy's family, leaving them traumatized. It's extremely sad. The truth is that the scenes where Emma and Ferdinand were burned alive in a lava bath, the same place where Marilyn was murdered, were very shocking.
